Btw I'm doing +9 damage in addition to my normal damage to the Captain lol. (+5 challenge, +2 order of the cockatrice, +2 bardic music) and an additional +2 if he's shaken

You can pick up a bird next level, a sea hawk or dire albatross or something. Also, I could jump in the water and give your sharks legs as a bloody gift. That'd be cool.

Ok guys. Now that the first encounter is (mostly) done, what do you think? Be brutally honest. I want you guys to have fun so if there is anything you don't like speak up so we can change it. How is the plot ( so far)? The enemies? The realism? I also realized we never talked about firearms. Are you ok with all ships having them, or just a few? Emerging rules, or common rules? Also, if you have ideas or suggestions, let me know. Hell, you can even tell me if I'm a crappy GM and you never want to game with me again!

I'm having a lot of fun! The only suggestion I would make would be something I saw recently. My GM, after every post he makes during a combat lists the initiative order and indicates who has yet to go. Makes things very clear.

Just wanted to drop you guys a little post. The last coin of days have been absolutely crazy at work. Corporate has been in my store everyday so I have pretty much been working twelve hours straight for the last week. I have, however purchased the second and third skull and shackles adventure path installments, and I will be using some of it for inspiration for enemies and combats to augment what I already have planned. Thee will be underwater combats, as well as fights and diplomacy encounters in cities, and of course, tons of ship to ship battles. Just do me a favor: everyone still watching please thread please check in, and let me know. I know Harvey, Delben, and Nalgi have been, but what of Antal and Laurastine? And if they have dropped out, what do the remaining players wish to do?

Tomorrow I am going to start back posting at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, with updates in between as often as possible.

If there are any kinds of battles, enemies, or events you would be interested in fighting/running into, let me know as well.

I'm ready to be the king of the underwater combat :D

I'm swamped with work (both academic and physical) but I at least read this thread every day. If we don't get a response from the other players in a few days we send them a PM and start recruiting a few reliable posters. Or we can keep with the current few posters that can post regularly. I'll leave the final decision up to you and the group however.

I'm still here. I did know whose turn it was for the combat. That is if it is still going.

As for the underwater combat and villans, that sounds cool.

I appreciate the effort Steven, that all sounds awesome. I do think we might have lost Antal... but I think we could continue on, unless people want a replacment.
