Round One!

Xvarts

Two Xvarts quickly move away from the cluster of PCs to where Gregary was, noticing him isolated -- flank and attack him:

Two Xvarts rush in to Aerodus Aluain, one having to attempt an acrobatic leap to avoid provoking attack from Cutie:

Round 1
.
.
.

The Xvarts rush forward, attacking Gregary, Aerodus & Gorum.

Cayosin is Blurred in flames and moves to attack one of the Xvarts, hitting one across its wiry shoulder blades.

Aliesah Leafborn Draws her bow and casts Aspect of the Tiger.

Raggo of Gorum, Flanked, is TBD....

Wulfrun, asleep and 20 feet from the majority of the fight, may attempt a New Save to fight of the poison.

Gregary, Flanked, knows that Xvarts are not actually Goblinoids but they are very similar in stature, culture and morality to Goblins, Mites & Kobolds. He knows that they are notorious slavers and are usually fighters or rogues -- though sometimes, exceptional Xvarts are Shamans, Witches, Adepts or even Sorcerers. He thinks he remembers that sometimes they work with Wererats. Action TBD....

Aerodus Aluain, flanked and unafraid, lashes out with his angelic blade, killing the Xvart that Cutie gored a moment ago.

Terra Minora, TBD....

Cutie, gets an AoO on a Xvart as it tries to tumble past her on its way into position flanking Aerodus. And then can move to attack.

Logistics:

Gregary is flanked by two Xvarts 15 feet away from the group.

Wulfrun is prone 20 feet in a different direction away from the group.

Two Xvarts flank Raggo on one end of the cluster of PCs around camp.

One Xvart is adjacent to Aerodus on the other end of the cluster of PCs around camp; his companion dead on the ground after having been hit by Wulfrun in the surprise round, Cutie after an AoO, and Aerodus at the end of round one.

The seventh Xvart is 30 feet from the cluster, 10 feet from Wulfrun.

You can move to attack any Xvarts you wish.

If Aerodus or Raggo or Gregary move away (more than 5 feet) they will provoke.

@Cutie,
In the "Logistics" post above, I mentioned Cutie's AoO and had applied her rolls from earlier as that AoO -- those 8 HP were part of the reason 1 xvart is dead:
"Dead on the ground after having been hit by Wulfrun in the surprise round, Cutie after an AoO, and Aerodus at the end of round one."
I will apply Cutie's roll above (a miss) as her first round attack on the other Xvart on Aerodus (unless you say for her to go help Raggo, Gregary, or attack the lone xvart swinging at thin air 30 feet away.

Attack of Opportunities and Readied Actions are two separate Mechanics. The Xvart moved in to Cuties threatened area, provoking the Readied Action that Cutie had to attack a Creature that entered her threatened area. Once the attack happened, and the Xvart moved on, Cutie then got an Attack of Opportunity, as it left her square, meaning Cutie would have attacked it twice.

No.
The Xvart that moved into Cutie's area did so five years before Cutie's turn in Initiative, when Cutie's feet were flat-footed to the ground.

Oh, well then Cutie shouldn't have made an AoO then as she would be flat-footed. Or did it move. End its turn, move again next turn? Sorry it just doesn't seem clear is all.

Yes, I just realized that and was coming back to Edit my post. Dang it, you beat me to the punch.

Round 1 (recap)
.
.
.
After seven Xvarts appeared from the shadows, flinging poisoned darts at the party, and after Wulfrun rushed forward to attack and after Terra Minora cast her spell on an advancing Xvart who attacked her....

The Xvarts rush forward, attacking Gregary, Aerodus & Gorum. Gregary and Raggo are both hit twice while Aerodus evades the monsters' attacks.

Cayosin is Blurred in flames and moves to attack one of the Xvarts, hitting one across its wiry shoulder blades.

Aliesah Leafborn Draws her bow and casts Aspect of the Tiger.

Raggo of Gorum, Flanked, brutally attacks a Xvart, almost killing it.

Wulfrun, asleep from a poisoned dart, and 20 feet from the majority of the fight, unconsciously wages an internal war, her blood fighting off the poison in her veins. After a long six seconds, she awakes, prone and on the ground, somewhat shaky but ready to get up and fight.

Valour, Aerodus's horse, prepares to enter the fray.

Gregary, knowing that Xvarts are not actually Goblinoids but they are very similar in stature, culture and morality to Goblins, Mites & Kobolds. He knows that they are notorious slavers and are usually fighters or rogues -- though sometimes, exceptional Xvarts are Shamans, Witches, Adepts or even Sorcerers. He thinks he remembers that sometimes they work with Wererats. The nobleman tactically moves out of his enemies' flanking maneuver and swings his falcate -- missing -- but also prepares a parry and riposte.

Aerodus Aluain, flanked and unafraid, lashes out with his angelic blade, killing the Xvart that Wulfrun charged a moment ago.

Terra Minora, rushes forward to Wulfrun's prone form and stands ready to defend her fallen comrade with her whip.

Round 2
.

The Xvarts:
The one on Aerodus continues his assault bravely, although this creature sniffing him up looks quite terrifying:
Attack: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (16) + 7 = 23 . . . . Damage: 1d6 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 2 = 7

The two on the hated dwarf, Raggo of Gorum, hope to finish him quickly so they can keep a bearded trophy:
Attack: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (12) + 9 = 21 . . . . Damage: 1d6 + 2 + 1d6 ⇒ (6) + 2 + (2) = 10
Attack: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (11) + 9 = 20 . . . . Damage: 1d6 + 2 + 1d6 ⇒ (4) + 2 + (5) = 11

The two on Gregary maneuver to resume flanking, one a 5' step & a pause to attack -- the other moving several extra steps to get around Gregary:
Attack: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (15) + 9 = 24 . . . . Damage: 1d6 + 2 + 1d6 ⇒ (6) + 2 + (3) = 11
(This initiates Gregary's Parry and Riposte maneuver) ....
Attack: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (5) + 9 = 14 . . . . Damage: 1d6 + 2 + 1d6 ⇒ (4) + 2 + (1) = 7

The one who swung at mid air a moment ago turns back and rushes Terra Minora:
Attack: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (16) + 7 = 23 . . . . Damage: 1d6 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 2 = 4
(This provokes an attack of opportunity as she wields a reach weapon.)

Finally, an 8th Xvart, after being attacked by one of his own and hearing Gregary's cry of an invisible Xvart, becomes visible as he finishes casting a spell:

Round 3...

The two Xvarts on Gregary both hit, bringing the young nobleman closer to his demise! Valour misses this Xvart in its brave attack and sees his master chase off after a fleeing Xvart.

The Xvart fighting bravely against Raggo misses laughably and wonders, perhaps a bit too late, if he should have run away a moment ago.

The Xvart fleeing Aerodus and Cutie is now 80 feet away with Aerodus adjacent to him, missing in his attempt to subdue the creature.

The one angry at Terra Minora has perhaps hit her in the jugular!....
Kill The Cleric!: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (4) + 7 = 11 . . . . Doubled Damage: 1d6 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 2 = 5

The Xvart caster, astonished that Cayosin has repelled her most powerful spell gets quite nervous -- but then Cayosin's attack seems quite harmless indeed, missing with every swing!

Yes, sigh, there is no such thing as a decent automated character creator (Hero Lab and TOS). I need to comb through my stats again. And it is actually 24 when raging.

Do all the Xvart have different AC? 15 was hitting before, right? All 3 of those attacks were 15 or above.

Yeah, automated generators are just not my thing, the margin for error seems to be way too high for them!

EDIT: Sorry. Your the GM. If they don't hit they don't hiT. I retract my question

Actually +4 is correct for damage for the offhand. 1/2 of 7 is 3.5, round down to 3 + 1 Weapon = +4

When did a Xvart have a 15 AC? (The DM asks nervously, worried he blundered.) Their AC is 21, except the caster who has a slightly different build plus Barkskin which she cast earlier.

EDIT:
Ah, I found an error -- Raggo misses in Rd 2 and as such does not obliterate the Xvart he hit in rd 1...
However, the one he did hit in rd 1 has very few HP left and Withraws fully in Rd 3! So the Rd 3 line mentioning only 1 Xvat on Raggo, and his attack, is still accurate.

Next time I'll just not say anything. Hahaha 21? Damn. Okay. Time to get serious.
