Chorister pales at the prospect presented them, "...Oh." He returns to relate the news to the others, "So uhh... who's going in?" he asks, looking at the water with trepidation.

If no one immediately volunteers the squeamish cleric wades slowly into the water, arms raised high and fingers near his face, as if keeping his arms free will somehow keep the rest of him dry. He starts dragging bodies out of the water, or at least to the edge for others to remove.

What is the radius of the pool? Can Rhyno use the reach of his hammer to hook people and pull them to the edge and drag them out?

Blanching at the prospect of swimming in the undead creating pool, Rhyno sizes up his lengthy hammer and the possibilities it holds.

    So Sen and Chorister are in there.


    With the derros defeated and the bodies removed from the foul corrupting waters, the party has truely thwarted the dark fate intended for most of the Swift’s inhabitants and employees. On the way back, the party is able to rescue the Swift guards caged in the previous chamber. Grateful to be alive, the guards assist in ushering the prisoners back up to Swift Prison where it seems the assembled cult forces have finally been defeated.

    In the days to come, a few things change in Cassomir. This time, the authorities take the danger presented by the Cult of Nature's Cataclysm and the derro seriously and plant guards and traps to spoil anymore derro incurions from the Darklands. Soon derro sightings around the city peter out and die. It seems the derro-threat is gone... at least for now.

    A full week later, a member of the Cassomir constabulary arrives to question Venture Captain Hestia in regards to the party's whereabouts. The skilled Venture Captain successfully deflects the accusations but when each of you arrive at the lodge, you learn of one more surprise in Cassomir - it seems the Bell of Obedience has gone missing. She presents you with a note.

    You pathetic hag! Thanks to you and your Pathfinders, my assistant Nefti and I took one of Taldor’s greatest treasures. Don’t waste your time trying to track us, by now we sail on open waters, bound for a relic’s auction. Thanks for making us incredibly rich.
