Wulfgar patches up his comrades, making everyone feel as if they were not sapped of their strength. The group figures it will take 4-5 days to traverse the island to get back to the sealed door with the final few spheres. The first day...oddly enough goes by uneventful. The second day though, is less than stellar.

Travelling is light and easy, morning comes and goes. Midday approaches and your group stops for a moment for a drink and a bite o ration food.
All is well, until the sunny sky above goes dark. You look up and there is something blocking the sun. It descends upon the group before you have a chance to react.
Standing before you, is a large winged skeletal creature. Riding atop said creature is a man, wearing a black cloak and wielding a longsword in in hand.
He looks to your group, then with a sigh he points a finger at whomever is holding the sphere{s}.
Those spheres belong to me, you insolent little whelps. My employer has charged me with stopping you, and I cannot fail him, for I forfeit my own life should I fail. So, give me the spheres, lest I rip them from your cold dead hands.

The skeleton then proceed to move up and bite at Balthe as well. It bite, digs into the shoulder of Balthe, and tries to rip it from its socket.

Seeing the swordsman strike Balthe, Wulfgar's right eye comes into focus as he laughs "Bwa, ha, ha, I am thinkink that swordsman is afrrrraid of bigger bouncer Balthe, we must be keepink him involved in the fightink, da." Wulfgar then places his hand on Balthes shoulder and bellows the name of his god as he casts a healing spell Gorrrrum!

He is a magus, so as far as I know spell strike gets around the whole concentration issue. Plus he has stonskin so 10 of your 20 cold would get negated. If I am wrong about spell strike than I will roll in the future :)...not dead I just forgot to use it. I will envision my magus as a cocky S.O.B, who only utilizes him if he is low on health.

Wulfhar, painfully heals Balthe, who is unsure if the pain was worth the gain. Reclusive prepares for another arcane onslaught from the cloaked figure.

Magus indeed have to roll concentration to cast spells in melee.. Unless the want AoO's that is.. Depending on his level though he would have bonuses to this roll, as well as he can sac to hit to increase his conc roll..

I will do maps in the future to make things easier for everyone. The magus just got squished. Wulfgar just did a lot of damage to the undead minion. You can just save your spell for later
Balthe, grabs the magus in a bearhug, giving Nils an easy lane to start hacking and slashing away at the magus. He lands three decisive blows, and the sheer onslaught is enough to get past the remaining defenses of the magus, and render him unconscious on the ground. He bleeds from his abdomen, and his leg. He surely is not long for this world.
Wulfgar on the other hand, manages to deal a considerable "wound" to the undead minion, who then takes flight once more ad flies off.
Wulfgar and Balthe, an AOO for each of you as the skelly withdraws and flies off.
Balthe is down some HP, 15 I believe, but everyone else should be okay as far as I know

Seeing the undead creature crash into flames Wulfgar continues laughing. "Bwa ha ha Good shootink comrrrrade Teclis, ha ha ha." He shoulders his sword with his right hand and walks over to Teclis and slaps him on the back. As he hears Balthe's request he turns and approaches the bouncer, His right eye focused and intense. Reaching up and laying his left hand on the enlarged Balthes shoulder he responds "Nyet, Bouncer Balthe, you are still standink! We are ones kickink asses, Da!" As Wulfgar calls out the name of his diety "Gorum" The healing comes, possible because Balthe is still under the affect of the clerics spell, or possibly because Gorum is pleased with Balthe's fight, the healing does not come with the usual pain. Instead it is cold, very cold, like being drenched with a bucked of freezing water after the layer of ice has been broken on top.

Balthe heals up, and you continue towards the sealed door. The rest of that day goes by uneventful. The rest of the trip goes by well too. You reach the sealed door in one piece, despite it seeming like the works is out to get you.
You place the remaining spheres in their slots, and you hear stone grind on stone as the door opens up. Before you, a long hallway extends before you, lit up by purple spheres of light every 20', are embedded in the ceiling. The hall extends 60', before taking a turn to the north.

Nils leads the way forward, the path well lit by purple sphere. Nils' reaches the corner of the hallway, peers down, and sees a room and another turn to the west.
No creatures or danger appear present, so he continues. He is quite relieved to find nothing attacks him or the others.
You guys makes it to the room, it is 20 by 20 feet, and barren of both decor or information. Nils peers down next hall, and sees that time has not been kind. The bridge that existed, exists no more. There is a pit, 15 feet across and 20 feet deep.
