Hi All!
Just to give you guys a heads-up, I'm super busy because of the holidays and haven't been on the Internet outside of my phone in a few days. I'll be delayed in updating things till this weekend, most likely, though if I manage to steal a little time here and there I will!
I hope you all had an excellent week! :D

Hey guys, I am back, full of Holiday Turkey and Cheer, so let's get to it!
I apologize if I was unclear in my wording of what happened. The dwarf is intending to attack you, though you're free to attempt to change his mind, as Elsbeth did. He was casting a spell upon himself, the energy of the spell moved over him and suddenly he seemed to blur. Now that I think of it, I should have put in a spellcraft spoiler for what spell it was, but out of character, it was a blur spell.
I'll take another day or so to post in gameplay, so as to let people do whatever they like before the dwarf goes.

Out of character notes: I used Icelandic to represent Jens speaking Skald, courtesy of Google translate. Translations will of course be rough; I mainly just used it for effect. Hopefully nobody is offended.
As for Jens, he's basically trying to play Dad. "You kids need to play nice, or you don't get to go to the theme park this weekend." Only the 'kids' are Michael and Izah, the 'theme park' is the surface, and 'this weekend' is ever. He doesn't want to take command, he just wants everybody to get along and get the job done. Or if not get along, at least man the hell up and get over it. ;-)
Of course, I'm expecting a gulf between his expectations and the reality.

And a happy new year to all returning, hope we can get this show on the road again.
Just as a note, the dwarf caught Michael's attention with the "you weren't supposed to follow me!" comment; he suspects that the dwarf may have had something to do with the attack, and he wants answers. He is serious about helping the dwarf if he turns out to be an innocent victim like themselves (Lawful Good, natch -- it's not just for when it's convenient) but he thinks that's fairly unlikely...

I think it's safe to say we don't even know which day it is, much less how long ago it started. Barring any other information to go by I suspect we've designated the time we came to our senses as "morning" and started marking time from there.

Well, this sucks. I was really enjoying this group. I was really thinking it would be third time lucky for this character.
Maybe we could try to find a new GM if ours has left?
