Actually, in PFS, everything is sold/shared/universally accessible whether used during that campaign or saved. Unless you were just saying that in character, in which case, my bad.

The party moves down the all and enters a room to the right (moving things along quickly). The ceiling of this room has partially collapsed, creating a two- story space to the west while exposing the chamber above to the east. Rubble lies haphazardly about the place, with some other larger pieces serving as tabletops for crude alchemical apparatuses. Soot, scorch marks, and other chemical residues cover many of the chamber’s walls and other surfaces. A sizable slab of jagged debris leans against the broken edge of the upper level’s floor in the room’s center. The upper level seems clear of wreckage and contains several wooden worktables. Opposite the entrance, a set of stone steps that once rose to the upper level are broken away halfway up their length. The whole chamber smells of burnt oil and acrid chemicals.
After looking around, the party makes out some figures hiding behind cover on the upper ledges! Suddenly goblins pop their heads up and are armed with alchemist fire! There are three goblins and one more goblin that obviously looks to be the leader.
Goblin Leader: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (13) + 2 = 15
Goblin: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 2 = 3
Sorin: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (14) + 2 = 16

I throw a bottle of alchemists fire where some goblins gather and then go somewhere behind cover.

If you don't target a specific goblin, you're looking at 1 splash damage per. If you do, you can still get the splash damage, but the guy you hit is probably going down. Just fyi.

Osric, seeing that we aren't having a conversation here, puts a crossbow bolt into one of the buggers, then moves back out of range (is there a map? I am not sure where Osric is in this situation)

Dorgrin moves at point-blank shot range and fires a bolt on a goblin (leader preferably unless he has cover).
Attack and damage heavy crossbow: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (7) + 7 = 141d10 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3
And remember that the range increment of splash weapon is only 10 feet :)

FYI: GM rolls initiative doesn´t look like a talking situation and you killed some of those goblins before. Now they are there with cover, on higher ground and with alchemists fire ready. Im first to go by initiative so i do what i can. Could have gone hiding and use protective spells as well. Maybe next time someone should go scouting ahead.

Pai, yes you can target indiv goblins. They have soft cover +2 to ac.
Sorin, no specific place to climb. DC 20 Climb check or a DC12 Acrobatics followed by DC 15 Climb check.

Pai's bottle of fire strikes the first goblin she sees, setting it ablaze. Dorgrins shot smashes into the ricks harmlessly.

Sorin moves quickly across the intervening space, watching with envy as Slypher slithers up the wall with ease, he instead settles with leaping across the rubble to a spot where he can climb up quickly to the goblins.

The goblin leader takes a bottle off of his belt and throws it down at Pai, the resulting breaking of the bottle causes a huge explosion of fire!

Pai is now on fire, all within 10 feet of her need to make a DC13 Reflex save- Dorgrin, Pai, and Jostrum, and catch on fire as well. Each of you also take a point of splash damage.
As the flames start flash and catch fire to some of the debris on the ground both Jostrum and Osric fire arrows and bolts at the goblins.
The north goblin appears to be wound heavily, he chucks a bottle at Dorgrin and then hides behind some trash at the top of the ledge.
Attack Dorgrin: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (3) + 4 = 7 but the bottle falls harmlessly in front of Dorgrin, but when it hits the ground it explodes into yet more flame!
The southern goblins try to avoid the suddenly fast Slypher leaping up the wall and onto the catwalk. They both try to stay away from close quarters and throw their bottles at Slypher.
Attack Slypher: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (10) + 4 = 14 Damage: 1d6 + 1d4 ⇒ (5) + (1) = 6
Attack Slypher: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (18) + 4 = 22 Damage: 1d6 + 1d4 ⇒ (6) + (4) = 10
Both bottles explode in a huge burst of flame. You need to make two saves, DC15 Reflex or be caught on fire.

Did i just get 8 damage? Those basterds! I´m confused with being on fire and the reflex save though. Could you please clear this up Dr. Gabe?

If i´m on fire i will spend the action to put it out. If not i will go into safety under the balcony and use infernal healing one me, since i´m probably down to 3hp.

Gabe, you have me in the right spot, but I believe I only need to make 1 save, since only 1 hit. Also, are they really all alchemists? I thought only the leader would be an alchemist and the rest would be using standard alchem fire.

Pai- when you were hit, you were automatically set on fire. There is not a space "under" the ledge. If you want to avoid being line of sight, then you will need to leave the room.
Slypher- the attacks were Ranged Touch, if your touch ac is 12 then I hit. They are not all alchemist, but they have feats that make them nearly as good... for a few turns anyway!
Slypher don't Oscri'c healing before your turn, and thus need a dying save.
Dorgrin and Sorin still go.
++EDIT++ I see that I have been doing the fire rules wrong on all the tables. To make sure we are on the same page, if you are caught on fire, you need a FULL ROUND action AND a DC15 Reflex save to put out the fire, or take 1d6 fire damage. This is can be done before taking the damage.

Yes, fire doesn't stack. So Slypher the max damage per turn will just be 1d6, plus any splash damage that might occur.
Sorin's blade decapitates the goblin, killing him immediately. As blood and gore fill the ledge he sees the leader move back a step and lob a fire bomb at Sorin!
Ranged Touch Attack: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (19) + 7 = 26 for Damage: 1d6 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 2 = 4 and on fire.
The bomb explodes on Sorin, and the flames start to catch on his flesh.
Dorgrin climbs the lower ledge, looking at both of the goblins and is ready to fight them both!
