It's a 10 foot wide stairway he is blocking the way up, you can move of the stairway but it is difficult terrain.

I've got nothing. Deranthil says, backing away and then deciding to try to aid Diomedes's AC. even if that makes him a potential target.

The creature has taken some damage and several of the balls that form it's body have fallen to the ground inert.
The balls all grow spikes looking like the end of Diomedes's morningstar and spin radidly and fly out in all directions (dealing damage to everyone in a space adjacent to the golem)
swarm damage: 2d6 ⇒ (6, 3) = 9
Also cause 2 bleed damage to everyone hit.
Hit's Dio, Joshua and Albert I believe.

All the balls in the golem sudently form a 10 foot tall tower and "fall" towards as many people as they can hoping to crush them. This would fall on Bastien, Dio, Jordy Josha and Albert.
damage: 4d6 ⇒ (6, 3, 5, 1) = 15
Make a dc 15 reflex to avoid being hit, if you are hit you are also knocked prone. (This attack doesn't cause bleed)
After falling the ball roll down the stairs and reform the golem next to Gizmo.

You finisht he climb to the top of the stairs and find a solitary stone structure, a tower at least three stories high, is partially embedded in the rocky cliff wall behind it. The cylindrical edifice is oddly undamaged, however, as if the rock were only the tide lapping at the tower’s lower half, frozen in time. The structure has no windows or rooftop battlements. A metal double door is set in the base of the southern side.
Above the door a sign reads in Azlanti. “Spindlelock Research Facility: a division of the Spindle Solution, making tomorrrow’s humanity, today. Authorized Personnel Only.”

This spacious chamber appears to have been designed to awe or impress the entrant. Pale gray tiles decorated with faint, intricate geometrical designs cover the floor. The walls of the chamber are pure white, illuminated by unnatural light emanating from the ceiling in a way that makes the chamber appear slightly larger than it really is. A large double door exits to the North (you entered from the south)
From the door it just a 20 foot wide 30 foot long hallway going to another double door
