I will assign a GM chronicle to Arbiscar, so I will have 2PP for a healing wand.
Do you want us to post info for the chronicle now? Do you think we can include this first session into the Gameday 3 or it will be too much pressed on time?
As a GM you will win a Sylph boon directly at completion.
And all players will have a 10% chance of getting a boon too.
But only if we finish before the due date of the event: 1 Feb 2015
(I hope we can have the 1st part finished for then though)
Are we going to play tier 1-2 or 3-4 in this table?
I would like to request, for the remainder of this Scenario and the following three, that rather than do straight Initiatives, would you be okay if the Initiative Rolls include a d2 roll, where a roll of 1 means baddies go first, and a roll of 2 means party goes first.
That would ease up the order a bit, but still keep it at the chance of die roll determining order. This will enable me to be able to play all my parts at the same time.
Well, if someone has the reactionary trait or the Improved Initiative Feat, that would negate them both. I'd be more happy with averaged initiative, in that you roll for all the players and roll for the enemies, then average the rolls for both sides and use those. So, for instance, the players roll 5, 10, 15 respectively, and the enemies roll 2 and 10. The players' initiative will be 10, while the enemies would be 6.
It's more complicated than just rolling a d2, but it accomplishes the same goal.
What I like the most is roll for each player, then single roll for all foes. That way players with good inis can win a turn to the foes, but there are only two blocks, players and foes, just players who lose the init are effectively acting one less turn.
If you want to do a single roll, I am ok, but it usually results in more extreme results, were party crushes the enemy before they can act or enemy crushes the flat-footed party.

You're doing fine as far as I'm concerned, Mari. One thing I've seen from other GM's is doing skill checks via spoiler tags, like this:
Knowledge Local, DC 15:
You remember that Mayor Fenthick was hailed as a hero when the orcs overran the town.
Knowledge Local, DC 20:
Several townsfolk whispered to you that Fenthick's hired goons were the ones claiming hero status, but several eyewitnesses saw him hiding in an outhouse during the attack.
It's a nice trick to allow the GM to impart knowledge to players who make the skill rolls, but so far you're on top of Perception checks so it hasn't really been necessary.
I'll try a mix of the suggestions, average the baddies if there are only two or three into one place and then let you guys all go on your turns. If there are four or five baddies, I'll do two groups of them averaged together. If there are more, we'll go from there. Does that sound okay?
I'm sorry, guys! I promise I'm really not a bad GM. I just probably shouldn't post until I have all my ducks in a row, which during holiday celebrations they weren't. :)
If there is a natural roll of 1 or 20 next to your name, I will need your email address for reporting and which boon you want. You can post here or send me a PM.
Boon of players choice on a natural roll of 1 or 20 **Re-Rolls not allowed on boons**
Head over to the Game Thread for Part 2 and we'll start when you're all ready. I'll get your chronicle sheets done as soon as I have day job checks from everyone.
Sebastian will be spending 150gp to get Remove Disease cast upon him to remove that nasty Filth Fever he picked up from the Huecuva, as well as 40gp for 2 alchemist fires to replace the ones he used. There might be other purchases as well, but I can just put them on the chronicle sheet when I receive it and notify you then.
