Welcome to the Discussion.
Okay, Here i would like your PFS # and your day job roll. Any purchases you want to make before the scenario starts. Purchases after this scenario will be recorded at the beginning of the next one.
The first question i have for you guys is an important one and i want everyone to chime in.
Do you want maps on Roll20 or on Google Documents?

Greetings, one and all!
PFS# 97978-2
Dayjob (Dance): 1d20 + 13 + 2 ⇒ (7) + 13 + 2 = 22
Auriea, the Dervish Dancer, at your service!
Also, while I would love to try roll20, Google docs is easier from work.

Also, since I had to leave early, getting my gnome friend to a dwarven friend's abode, I shall answer your question. These clothes are made from silks and whatnot, with bright colors similar to many of the butterflies of the Mwangi Expanse. I have some dark colored traveler's clothes in the haversack, and this little bobble makes changing clothes somewhat easy!
Auriea taps the hair pin on his head, and it quickly becomes a dark, shimmering blue, wide brimmed hat, while a cloak shimmering between blues and greens appears on his shoulders. The rest of the bard's clothing seems to change into a shimmering dark purple outfit, with stars embroidered in the shape of a butterfly on the left side of his chest.

The game is starting Friday. Waiting for every player to check in here and weigh their opinion with Roll20 and Google. .. Might be going with Google.

![]() |

I am planning on getting the ball rolling on this game Friday. Unless you all are ready to go sooner..

![]() |

No worries, I just felt like poking everyone!
It was mainly to bring the thread to the top of my posting list, as I tend to post a lot with this alias

![]() |

Auriea, you can check your "Campaigns" in your profile, it will tell you if a post was made in any of your online games.

![]() |

It's weird, but I don't have any listing for this game in my campaigns, so maybe it only affects it we start posting in the Gameplay tab.

![]() |

Post in the gameplay and you should.

![]() |

I have sent a message to the other two players and will start the game on Friday. I will go ahead and post the faction missions.

![]() |

Wait... so i don't see the faction missions for this scenario.. did they eliminate the factions after the 4th season?

![]() |

I believe they may have, after the introduction of the sixth season. Then again, I'm only been playing for a year, so it may have been in season five. Also, there may be notes on the chronicles themselves as what faction is supposed to do what.

PFS number: 134452-1
Dayjob: Craft (weapons): 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (4) + 7 = 11
Maps: I prefer GoogleDocs as it is much light-weight
Campaign threads: My personal preference is maintaining a browser tab with the Online campaigns open, with the Focus option on, and hiding threads I have no interest in (as recruitments I have checked and then discarded or so), because it is faster to see if there are updates (they go in top of the list) than in the Campaign tab and you have more info, like who posted (so you might want to open faster if the post came from the GM).
Faction missions: From 5th season on, there are no faction missions, but they have published the Faction journals, season goals you can achieve for small rewards which are much more in role with the faction than the usual past faction missions.
Shopping: I will prefer to read the Venture Captain briefing before buying the stuff.

Had one character back down, looking for another one right now. Still planning on starting this weekend.

We're just going to coat the world in purifying fire...after we deal with things that may or may not be immune to things like that.

![]() |

What, no chocolate...

![]() |

I could, but may eat it all, and ruin this Sylph's girlish figure! Someone else should bring the chocolate.....

![]() |

If you haven't already, can you fill out the {XX} and put it in your Class area on your profile.
[class & level] | HP xx/xx | AC xx; Tch xx; FF xx | F +x; R +x; W +x | CMB -x; CMD xx | Speed xx ft | Init +x | Perc +xx

1 person marked this as a favorite. |

Okay, so for that entire circus scene... it was on the spot writing. Hope you enjoyed it.

![]() |

Odd question, as the GM... but how many people do we have? I count 6 in the characters, but I only see four or five players posting.
Sound off please.

![]() |

Dancer extraordinaire at your service. Work is a tad busy, so I haven't been able to post as much as I would like.

![]() |

Also, maybe they forgot to dot in the gameplay thread like me, early on?
Aaaaaaand, this is what I get for flirting with the the city guard.

![]() |

I think I know what happened. Sir posted with his main character, which is also level 3, so i mistook it for an extra player. We are playing sub-tier 4-5.

I think I know what happened. Sir posted with his main character, which is also level 3, so i mistook it for an extra player. We are playing sub-tier 4-5.
But as we are APL 3 we play with the 4 players adjustment even if we are more. Just wanted to note it because it is already tough to play higher in a #5 season scenario :|

![]() |

we have 5 players though, right?

![]() |

We are five, but when a party plays up a 4, 5 or 6 season scenario, they do in the higher tier but with the 4 players adjustment whether they are 5, 6 or even 7 players (if they are 4 they indeed have to play the lower Tier and cannot play up). That is, you roll the Tier 4-5 encounter in this case but adjusted as if the party was composed by 4 players only, which usually removes one or more enemies from the encounter.
It is explained in the Guide on the same chapter where how to calculate the average party level is explained, and I have a Tier summary table I often use as a Guide.
The 4 players adjustment often appears in side columns on top of pages near the encounter description.
Is it that what you needed? I can try to locate the exact page in the Guide, but currently I am at work and cannot deal with PDFs.

We will say goodbye to Fred and Nobby from the Nights Watch. The last Terry Pratchett book will be out later this year. I hope that those two are in it.

Im watching the game from my phone as ai can check only periodically, please continue. I should re-engage as soon as I can. When Im particularly needed (Dialog or combat) Ill force a moment to make something happen. Be like this for a couple days methinks. Sorry guys.
