Yvell gives a exasperated sigh, though it wasnt unheard of, the fact one of the doors was clearly somewhat trapped inside the wizards' tower didnt ease his mind there would be more. The level of danger varied wildly, so his cautious nature would likely spring up.
Valtyra's statement finally registered in his head, which brings about need to inspect himself. " Do not fret Valtyra, I was only cursory wounded, the strikes the creatures bestowed upon me light... they should be handled with time rather than immediate pain, that which we would share. "
The Terse paladin turned once more to the opening room and intricate designs to give it an instinctive gaze.

" I think it best we be careful, I lead forward to take the brunt as always, with traps and unknown adversaries. We would also be here to learn as much as we can, for we NEED information on Casandalee. Let's move. "
Yvell moved into the room and further east seeing if he could remember anything on the walls.

Yvell smirked, "Ofcourse, battles are not won on might alone and foten fall apart with well-placed knowledge. That is what I have been taught and have further learned and reinforced. Now Perdix, Do you know anything on any of this then? " He motions to the room.
Muga
"I thought you were here because your usual travelling buddy bought it?" Muga has a tone of question in his voice, despite his words technically forming a statement.

" Bickering? I find that strange even by loner standards Grammanar. This group does not scratch even the cusp of an argument... yet "

Yvell thinks that the drawings are familiar, but he isn't making any connections in his head.
Yvell notices thin trailers of smoke oozing from the wall. Soon enough, the rest of the party sees the accumulation of smoke, form into a man-like shape. The creature speaks.
"You have entered my tower uninvited and now it seems you will pay the price-your technology for my curiosity and your lives for your insolence. You dare challenge the great Furkas Xoud?! Hahahah!" His voice booms and echoes in the hallway.
Valtyra Brightsong
"What are you? Val blurts out before she can catch herself. "What I mean to say is we tried knocking and when nothing happened we thought the tower was deserted. We came to investigate. We meant no inconvenience." She quickly adds with a smile.

Yvell twitches only slightly his eyes glaring at the creature, " Furkas, you will learn something very soon. One, you underestimate our ability and teamwork. Two, it is you who will be informing us what you have done with Casandalee's body. and Finally, It has seemed you achieved some form of... transcendence of the foul nature, that will not continue. Prepare yourself. "
With the familiar feeling of Perdix's arcane magic, Yvell rushed forward quickly his blade roaring loudly as magic and technology mixed into a deadly slice. The glow of his lord's judgement accompanied his strike as he weaved his body up and around the man to open the way for the rest while cutting off some escape.

Furkas appears to be ghost-like, is incorporeal and has standard undead traits. Perdix also knows that the smoke that surrounds him is strengthening him and giving him some resistance to fire.
Coils of smoke partially shift around Furkas' form, blocking some of the chainsaw from cutting through Furkas' body. Yvell can feel the blade slice through something, however, but not the full elven curve.

Furkas hovers a step backward and causes flame to sprout from his hands. He hurls the ball of fire at everyone but Yvell.
As the lights of his magic die out with the explosion, Furkas summons smoke to billow out from him. The smoke fills the hallway preventing vision (even darkvision). The party feels the smoke leeching away their life essence.
"I will tell you NOTHING, you insignificant worm!" the wizard laughs, spectral red eyes gleaming in the darkness.

Well you do have quick channel.. and that is only 4 below avg.
Covered in the mists and fog Yvell fights against the undead's miasma. " Converge on him do not allow him to escape and have free reign to cast! He cannot have gotten too far! Muga, this one is different it has.. physical barriers. If you can hear my voice, then take this boon if it would help! Phylla, show this creature your mind overwhelms his own. "
Yvell draws closer making the rising tones of Righteousness ebb from his sonorous voice and manifest the flaming wings of Ragathiel once more.

Muga should have done one more damage though I think the to hit doesnt matter

Line of Sight wont help you, this fog seems to do Aoe damage. The Fireball was ALSO aoe Damage. If you move too far you also cant get healed as well which is why Im reminding Val that she can do that really... then you wouldnt have to worry. I suppose you could try and run out the tower though at half speed through the fog first.

There is actually no limit on channeling (Save uses), if possible to get it down to a swift action or using mythic, its actually possible to channel up to 4 times. Quick Channel takes a move action and uses two channels to do so however. So its possible for Val to Channel twice or Channel and cast a spell or any combination she sees fit. And since it is a new day Val is topped off. She can spam.
Yvell Endymion
That will top Perdix off because he forgot haste adds to Reflex saves and thus made the save taking 19 less. Perdix can make a decision based on that change however he sees fit.

I get more damage from double pistol than vital strike. The vital strike is to save ammo with timeworn weapons.
Already went over this, the attack is an Attack action, Vital strike work with the attack... just like the Jabberwocks Eye beams and originally the Kineticist's Whip. Like I said it would just be an extra dice each.

I meant haste and Yvell's Weal's Champion not Amplified rage, as that requires we be flanking. Yvell's aura was actually subdued from the Fog but not the rage because that's audible. Gram was missing like a +3 more to hit.
As the party is bathed so too does Yvells inspiring song. His wounds fully healed at this point his lets his blade idle a bit to oversee the aftermath. Furkas was clearly insane but not fully lost even for a ghost, he was quite intelligent. This also added an element the group would have to worry about and Yvell took into account.
" Many thanks Valtyra. The crazed creature made the proper choice there Muga, that is the worrisome part. He clearly still retains such thoughts and being a ghost can assail us once more with a bit more knowledge. Luckily we know a portion of his own capabilities so the advantage is mutual. Ghosts tend tio have a reason they stay in one area and he clearly fears our might, maybe the reason is inside this tower? ", the stalwart general scratched his chin.
Yvell moved now to the northern door ready to explore " Form up, it seems we are still relatively up on resources. It's time to dig deeper. I'll lead as per usual. Just be wary, the abomination Furkas might return. " He opened the next door and examined it.
