Mara hasn't healed herself since the tigers mauled her, so she is indeed injured. The fervor is appreciated! I've added the temp hp to her tagline.

Ci Ci I spread out your magic missiles since a couple of them were hanging on death's door.

Two more of the basilisk's fall as Ci Ci's bright bolts of force pierce their flesh. The hound archons fail to harm the basilisks but have successfully contained them.

Once the basilisks had been slain, Mara healed herself and examined the petrified slaves, trying to figure out what she could do for them.

Theo realizes that the blood of the basilisks can be used to return the petrified slaves to their former selves. But there is a limited supply.

Past the slave pens you find a petrified gnoll with a key still clutched in his hand. He stands next to two large cages with dark cloth draped over them. The cages are empty. A large gently sloping ramp rises upwards in a spiral.

Mara replied to Allegra, "Yes, I can memorize those spells after I have a good night's sleep." She used a charge of her healing wand on the Chelaxian woman, and then started helping her with the basilisk blood.

Both Break Enchantment and Stone to Flesh are on the Shaman spell list.

I don't know if the petrified slaves need to make a fort save to survive the transformation back to flesh, but Mara will try using her Fortune hex on them to assist if that's possible.

She is aware the gnoll could have been saved. She is also aware it is a slave-driving scum.

True! Normal-sized Allegra’s tall enough to lift Ethereal Barbie through a 7’6” high ceiling.

Pocky steps onto Allegra’s enormous palms. She imagines herself as one of those dress-up dolls the human children at the convent would play with.

“I suppose you won’t feel me, but when you see me tap my foot, please take me down.”

Once lifted, Pocky becomes Ethereal. -3 ki

She will peek through the ceiling from Allegra’s hands, or jump through if the ceiling is too thick.

This curved chamber hosts a large, well-ordered barracks containing dozens of wooden-framed cots with a small crate under each. A score of gnolls are waiting in anticipation of battle.

That's two minute of ethereal.

Pocky finds the ramp down and a supply room: This huge and extremely well-stocked storage area is crammed with barrels, crates, and other objects. After a cursory look around Pocky discovers that the supplies here could be used to withstand a siege.

Pocky finds barrels of water, salted meat, tea, etc as well as exploration equipment: tents, rope, shovels and other sundry items.

If you want to grab free supplies for a trek out into the desert now's the time.

I am fine being D-Door'd up, or going up the stairs.
With Dex-rage, Dervak has AC 36, 10' reach (Long Arm), and 5 AOOs per round. He makes a pretty good front line against an oncoming horde. If these particular gnolls are too tough for his AOOs to drop with one hit, then he can Trip or Disarm.
Sorry for not letting Theo's Confusion do its job last time (although in fairness the AOE blasters had already attacked). Dervak will do what is requested of him.

Allegra is large enough to not be a good D-Door target, she'll be going up the stairs regardless. When she's done slathering basilisk blood on the stone slaves, she puts a hand on one of the basilisk heads and recites a short pact of protection to Asmodeus, and the skull tears free to float around her and protect her from damage. She'll use a pearl to get a Divine Favor back, then refresh her sacred armor before going up.
