I'll add that Mara has the option of taking the Spirit Shield Revelation at 6th lvl:
Spirit Shield (Su): You can call upon the spirits of your ancestors to form a shield around you that blocks incoming attacks and grants you a +4 armor bonus. At 7th level, and every four levels thereafter, this bonus increases by +2. At 13th level, this shield causes arrows, rays, and other ranged attacks requiring an attack roll against you to have a 50% miss chance. You can use this shield for 1 hour per day per oracle [shaman] level. This duration does not need to be consecutive, but it must be spent in 1-hour increments.

Moved chain shirt +1 to Mara's sheet and cloak to Ellery's. Took the liberty of moving the headband to Theo's. Theo and Mara have an open neck slot, I think, and there are two nat AC amulets.

Not a whole lot actually. You've never visited the two in town and I think the only time its come up was when Mara and Theo were talking with Keldrin. He did say that Mara, Theo, and Melisenn were working together to discover the Star Stelae's secrets. The cultist do have the ability to teleport around town which Mara knows is both similar and more powerful to her own, heaven's leap. Its reasonable speculation that they they are using the Star Stelae to move through town and that it might be capable of even more potent travel. I think this is the first time anyone has voiced such speculation.
It could be that I'm jumping to conclusions.

I guess you do also know from the cultist that you captured that there is a third Stelae under Iris Hill that Melisenn is obsessed with.

I like that Ellery's suggestions of burning the fort down would just make it harder, if not impossible to put the ghost to rest.
Not to mention making every ally you have so far hostile to the party, well maybe not voonith. Voonith would love it.

It isn't like Ellery has any idea how to put a ghost to rest. I mean fire destroys lots of things, why not ghosts?
Surprised Theo hasn't mentioned that we should call Ghostbusters hehe.

I imagine that Dervak's 1 rank in Knowledge (Religion) covers the fundamentals. That sentient species have been burying their dead since time immemorial so that they may "rest" properly. This is such a widespread belief in Earth's cultures (which of course inform many of Golarion's various cultures) that I assume it is a reasonable thing for Dervak to think.
Whether the body actually is in the wall, and whether blessing and burying the corpse is the way to make the ghost go away, are open questions. But it's where Dervak is starting from.

Mara isn't the best person to use the shield; she needs a hand free for spellcasting.

Well she could have just a shield and no weapon. As she levels and gets more spell slots, I imagine more of her turns will be spells or SLAs, not weapon attacks.
Or we could try to sell the +1 shield.

I will need to know if Theo is going to max out his ranks in Knowledge Planes by 7th lvl. If Mara needs to cover Knowledge Planes for the ritual, she needs to take the right Revelation at 6th lvl, and spend 7 of her 8 adventuring skill points for 6th and 7th lvl on Heal and Knowledge Planes.

I forgot about Mara's Skilled alternate racial trait, so Mara would have 3 points (over two levels) to use for other things after Heal and Knowledge Planes.

It would be good if we could sell some things and buy some gear.
Dervak would like to get a wand of Shield if possible - his 2 spells per day don't go very far. Or at least get some scrolls.
The staple buffs are good for him - Bull's Strength and Cat's Grace. I know Mara often prepares the first and we just found a scroll to teach Theo (via rabbit) the latter. But I don't want to presume to place a claim on other's spell slots. So scrolls are good. Enlarge Person is better as a potion (due to the 1 round casting time). See Invisibility, Glitterdust, Gust of Wind, Resist Energy, and Spider Climb are all 2nd-level utility spells that are on his list and helpful to have for various situations.
And of course he would like a Cloak of Resistance or to have his armor made magical. Cloak of Resistance isn't as essential if Mara is going to have Magic Circle Against Evil up, though there could be times when he is outside the circle, or the circle isn't cast yet, or the save is against a non-evil thing (like a trap or an unintelligent creature).
So he's got a wish list. How much gear can we sell? Those MW weapons are a pretty good chunk of change.

You can flurry with a single weapon, you don't need a pair (just to save on costs).

Rowan iirc you wanted the kamas to have something to beat DRs you were having trouble with. The super budget option would be to forgo magical and just pick up a cold iron and silver one. Adamantine if you were feeling spicy. The reason being you can do magical, bludgeoning, and piercing with your fists. Unless you were somehow planning to blow the party budget on a +3 kama.
You'll still have problems with creatures that have an alignment requirement or things that need two or more damage types to beat DR.

It's possible to know something about it but highly unlikely, DC 35 Arcana, History, or Planes. It's mostly just an easter egg.
The records don't mention any books brought from the asylum.
