Jon's gonna attack counter 6

Jon Qiang wrote:

I'm a little foggy on this. You must stand and that takes up your move action. You can also draw your weapon while taking a regular move, and I'll let someone draw a weapon while standing regardless of rule.

Now if you do not move any actual distance then you can also take a 5 foot step. That would seem to apply.

So if you want you can attack 5 or 2, but not 6, because he's too far away. But remember, Tian knight, that you will be attacking him before he has attacked you.

Or you can stand and draw your sword, then move to F13 and engage 6, but not attack.

While incanting , Hoktsumisso is following the discussion,

Wolf 3 position G16 attack the human ( counter 5) Att 18 Damage 9
wolf Att+3 , + 2 Flanking , +2 feat augment summoning'

"'Big Fat Kill' Hoktsumisso likes ! He with you this time ! "

That done , Hoktsumisso will stand up taking in hand his quarterstaff and cast shillellagh on it

all right. Jon is gonna attack Human counter 5.

Jon draws his greatsword and takes a five foot step to F16.
Greatsword,damage (1d20+8=10, 2d6+7=15)

From whorls of sand swirling up off the floor leap three wolves, rending at the rogue's comrades.

In one move Jon unsheaths his blade, rises and steps in towards the human fighter (counter 5) lashing out, but missing.

Draka moves in as he fits his precious ring onto his finger as his serving girls and dancer flee through the kitchen archway.

Some of his guests flee - outside or upstairs - other begins to close in, drawing weapons and jeering, shouting.

Two of the band members flee... while one of them changes the cadence and steps toward the battle - improvising in the common tongue - winking at Cordoba:

In Draka's den did dare ze rogue,
to bare his steel enraged.
Brave burden heroes stood and bore,
ze offense and engaged....

To all PCs +1 morale bonus on saving throws against charm and fear effects and a +1 morale bonus on attack and weapon damage rolls.

Spoiler:
Domo's very sheltered, and most of his "real" worldly knowledge comes from a chapter book of the tales of Cayden Cailean that he's pretty much read unto disintegration. I'm all for the banter myself!

Kruelaid: I can't find one of the spells from the list you gave me (flaming sphere). What book is it from?

SRD. You can find it here. DOH!

That would sure spice up a bar fight.

OK, definitely saving that one for later.

Rackham looks pointedly at several of the members of the group, as if to say 'get ready,' then levels his palms at the savage cleric.

"May the flames of the Lady further blacken your heart!"

A blinding beam of red light shoots from his hands, over the heads of his compatriots, and strikes the enemy spellcaster directly in the chest.

Casts scorching ray; 15 + 1 = 16 (ranged touch); damage: 4d6 = 17

"Alright, matey, le's be 'avin' yer!" cries Syd as he make his way to tackle the savage half-elf. He swings mightily with his new claymore at his opposite number.

Despite the shimmering armor Pulsifer's ray cooks skin off the sorcerer's chest and arms, leaving him screaming in rage and agony.

Syd slashes down with an unerring cut, chopping a chunk of meat out of the barbarian's thigh.

A great jeering and cheering arises from among the patrons who do not flee. They begin drawing knives and swords.

An argument among them about who started the fight triggers some pushing and knife waving.

The demon possessed rogue slashes at Domo and misses.

1d20+6=10, 1d4+1=3

The psi-warrior grips the greased sword tightly. Reflex: 1d20+4=24 He slashes at the wolf: 2H PA +2: 1d20+3=13, 2d6+7=18 ... and misses, the blade sinking into the floor.

Melee Touch Attack 1d20+6=21, Bleed Damage 1d6=3

Sneak Attack Damage 1d6=4

Move to G13 to flank Vass; in such a way that do not provide attacks of opportunity.

"Vass, I am your dance partner in this little soiree!" shouts the Deceiver as he slashes the nape of Vass' host.

The rogue falls, blood still spurting from his neck. Unconscious.

The fighter (Purple 5) swings at Jon with mighty power: 2H PA +2: 1d20+3=19, 1d10+7=14. His flail crashes in Jon's side, breaking a rib and winding the Tian knight.

The half elf (Red 2) loses it, spittle spraying from his mouth: "GWAAAAAAAAA!" (Rage). He lays into Syd: 1d20+6=18, 1d4+2=5, 1d20+6=7, 1d4+2=5 doing 5 damage. He throws down the pick in his main hand in disgust and reaches for his rapier.

Domo, Ryor, Aref.

<Seeing the rogue fall and the others still attacked, Domo moves to G17 and attacks #5.>

Attack and Damage: 1d20+8=20, 1d6+2=8 (Nonlethal)

"Stop this madness! There is no cause for this brawling!"

Male Gnome Druid 3

Of course , there is a cause for it ! We are in a bar and there is no good bar without brawling ! Before or after the chicks !

"Beware! Vass is loose!"

Ryor tumbles to D17: 1d20+9=27. Attacks the orc cleric: 1d20+4=21, 1d8+2=10 and slashes his arm.

The orc replies with a powerful blow: 2H PA: 1d20+5=23, 1d12+9=16. Ripping through Ryor like a sapling and spraying blood across Syd's feet.

The Mwangi sorcerer vanishes.

No Problem.

Aref digs reaches for something in his beltpouch and throws it at RED2. 1d20 3=14 +1 bard, +1 that I missed in my stats=16-2 for range=14 ranged touch.

Tanglefoot Bag-

Spoiler:
Tanglefoot Bag: When you throw a tanglefoot bag at a creature (as a ranged touch attack with a range increment of 10 feet), the bag comes apart and the goo bursts out, entangling the target and then becoming tough and resilient upon exposure to air. An entangled creature takes a –2 penalty on attack rolls and a –4 penalty to Dexterity and must make a DC 15 Reflex save or be glued to the floor, unable to move. Even on a successful save, it can move only at half speed. Huge or larger creatures are unaffected by a tanglefoot bag. A flying creature is not stuck to the floor, but it must make a DC 15 Reflex save or be unable to fly (assuming it uses its wings to fly) and fall to the ground. A tanglefoot bag does not function underwater.

A creature that is glued to the floor (or unable to fly) can break free by making a DC 17 Strength check or by dealing 15 points of damage to the goo with a slashing weapon. A creature trying to scrape goo off itself, or another creature assisting, does not need to make an attack roll; hitting the goo is automatic, after which the creature that hit makes a damage roll to see how much of the goo was scraped off. Once free, the creature can move (including flying) at half speed. A character capable of spellcasting who is bound by the goo must make a DC 15 Concentration check to cast a spell. The goo becomes brittle and fragile after 2d4 rounds, cracking apart and losing its effectiveness. An application of universal solvent to a stuck creature dissolves the alchemical goo immediately.

21, 19, 17. Nice rolling.

Jon, mumbling to himself like the Rainman, cuts loose with his greatsword, through steel and into flesh, wounding the flail wielding fighter (purple 5).

Aref tosses a tanglefoot bag at the half-elf barbarian (red 2); it breaks open and the cloying, sticky contents spill down his chest and legs.

Hoktsu moves toward the fight, pushing his way through the tightening ring of shouting observers. Two of his wolves tear into the raging barbarian (red 2) and pull him to the floor. Another wolf gets a grip on the fighter's (purple 5) leg and he crashes to the floor beside the barbarian.

... wow.... you guys are messing these dudes up harshly and way faster than I thought.

>>>>>MAP<<<<<

Barbarian (Red 2) and Fighter (Purple 5) are on the floor. The Mwangi was last seen in E19.

Syd, Pulsifer. Your go.

Scrambling to get up, Syd lays some claymore down on the snake barbarian, who tries to block with the pick, but both weapons end up lodged in his shoulder. A pool of blood begins spreading out across the mat as red foam bubbles from between his slack lips..

The orc snarls, looking around but not seeing where the flames came from, and then focuses himself back on Ryor.

Draka points his ring and sends a bolt of electricity into the psi-warrior.

The patrons mill around screaming and jeering, some of them begin to fight amongst themselves.

The bard plays on....
