Assuming they're who I think they are, they make music for movie advertising. Movie trailers, mainly. You've probably heard their stuff before.

I only have one word for that last post, Rookseye, WOW.
Thanks Lorm.
Sorry about the slower posting lately, but the work project is eating up a lot of free time. It should be finished soon, and by then I hope to get the wiki updated then with the long awaited timeline, NPC's, and terms that haven't been compiled yet.
Everyone start thinking about advances soon, too. Once the Gear Box/Precinct #77/Astropathic Choir scenes are completed, a hefty award of 300 XP will be coming your way.

300xp, Think I might actually start looking at the 250 costing skills/talents/etc. To bad I haven't started learning to read yet. Might be tempted on picking up literacy.
Definately liked the Wiry comment. Gave me a good chuckle.
Glad to hear you will be finishing up your work project soon. Can't wait to see what happens next in game. Reminds me of the old Cliffhanger serials they did back on TV.

That post sent shivers up my spine.
For Rook** spoiler omitted **
Good, that means I'm doing my job. It is merely the tip of the iceberg too.
So, I would say conditionally, yes.

If Toombs doesn't buy it in the next round, Johnnie uses the combat shotgun.
EDIT: Listen to the soundtrack I posted at the start of combat, I'm sure you'll like it.
Yep, that was the one I was referring to, really set the scene. Awesome combat by the way, Rad. Sav had it dead on. Reminds me of another round by round movie gunfight too, but I can't remember which.

I just got home after a tough WH battle with the skaven vs the llzardmen. It was a tough battle the whole time. The Doomwheel (otherwise known as the hamster wheel of doom) rocks. Any way we had a lot of fun with the battle.
I had to look the Doomwheel up with the mental imagery it conjured. Skaven are awesome.

Balfic-graa |

Lorms Doomwheel saved the game for him, and totally turned it around in his favor. Killing 3 units including a Stegadon, with a Skink Shaman.
Rook, just saw on the recuiting thread that there is another person looking to join the game as well named Ellipsis. Seems the game has got a cult following. =)

OK, now that we have largely completed those three divergent scenes, everyone feel free to spend the 300XP. Please post your final advances below, and I'll do the necessary bookkeeping tomorrow before posting.
Since we also have two more interested players, I may take a two night hiatus later this week from posting so that I can use my limited "Daddy-Downtime" to finally get that elusive timeline posted and catch up on the huge backlog of entries for the wiki page.
Of course, I may do all this and be compelled to post anyway, but either way I will let you all know.

To repeat my xp's advances, so that you do not have to look for it, rookseye:
I already decided what my advances will be. I will increase my int by +5 for 100xp, meditation for 100xp, and quickdraw for 100xp. I will be rank 3, an Aspirant.
I already updated the profile.

Balfic-graa |

Was a tough decision, but I finally decided on increasing my Agility to +10. So it adjusts my movement rate, to 5,10,15,30,initiative, dodge, and security. Figured the near death experience with the Nurglings would push my survival instinct up a notch. The whole flight or fight.
Planning on taking a Fellowship increase soon, as well as a couple of perception based talents and gambling. Unfortunately they will have to wait.
Already updated my sheet, and profile.

![]() |

OK, I've updated all of the sheets and posted them to the wiki. This also includes Johnnie's new equipment and Savalos' adjusted movement rates. I have listed below the advances that the NPC characters have taken as well.
Just awaiting Iacton's advances now.
Albrek:
Common Lore (Imperial Guard)[100] S
Heavy Weapon Training (SP)[200]
Ishmael:
Simple Fellowship Advance [100]
Deceive [100] S
Die Hard [100] T
Ivaanov:
Medicae (100) S
Scholastic Lore (Chymistry) (100) S
Heightened Senses (Sight) (100) T

Rook, I have a question for you, would Uriah be able to tell that the feather of infinite possibilities is the Changer of ways? And that the filth and decay is the Plaguefather?
Lorm, despite Uriah's additional experience compared to the others in darker matters of the Warp, such specificity is still beyond his ability to grasp. For him, the Ruinous Powers are akin to an onion that he has just begun peeling the skin from. He would be considered to have begun to acquire the knowledge to differentiate somewhat between the powers, but any nomenclature is beyond him, barring further research or instruction from someone in the know.
That being said, he will easily be able to realize there is a distinction between the two forces at work. Additionally, and perhaps more disturbingly, the lingering taint of his Dark Soul trait identifies more with the feather and the Changer of Ways. Read into that what you will.
