What we're getting at is, what is Bjorn's minimum demanded goblitude for assistance? If a hypothetical encounter has a goblitude of, say, 10, would Bjorn act?
And do hobgoblins count as 2 goblins? Man, I gotta go get my sheets for my Profession(Accountant) character...
Goblinoids of any description don't warrant a Northman's time... besides we have a perfectly capable creaky veteran, blind oracle and heaven/hell kissed glamazons for such things ;)
In all seriousness if uber-gob started dropping the party like a bad habit I'm sure Skane would step in...

I wanna know if you guys are having fun. If not, what can I do to make it fun? My main job is to make sure that you enjoy the game and have fun, and I just want to make sure I'm doing it.

I, too, am having fun. I still don't think we're going to have much of a fight here with two worgs, but you have to ease into finding the right challenge level.

Well, I've got some bad news. It appears that something happened to the RAID that my two hdd's were in and I can't access them. I'm hoping it's something simple and I still have everything, but something in my gut says it's not.
That said, All of my plans are in my head for both games that I'm running, and I think I have a backup of most of the files that were on there. But if not, well I think the worst thing is losing my resume, because that thing is going to be a pain to rewrite. I still have all of my programs, since those were on the SSD that I had installed. :D
The main issue for this game is that I no longer have Wilhelm's stats. :/
Would you say, then, that your RAID wiped? ;)
Every time I hear about troubles with RAIDs/hard drives, I start to get paranoid about my own data. I've got three physical drives in my computer, and one of them is at least twelve years old now. I really need to go back and do some backup tasks (like finding what the hell I really want to keep, for one thing).
Anyways, don't you remember a few of the pertinent stats for 'im? Or you could just re-make them up. I doubt we'll notice!
Well, good news is I have my data, bad news is one of the HDDs in the RAID is probably dead. I thought about performing some upgrades on it down the road, but it looks like I may be doing that early since this happened. I have other machines I can work off of, but the desktop was my main.
Thank goodness that it wasn't the RAID, it was a software raid, so if it got wiped, I would be hosed.
And when that 12-year old HDD goes, you need to mount that thing on a plaque.
Damnit, man, you missed a golden opportunity in that last post.

Is this because of my Alestorm photo in the other game? :D My backup concept for that AP was always going to be an accordion-playing bard whose performances were basically Alestorm songs. (If you run it, I might dust him off and give him a spin...)
I'm already in a S&S game, though, and loving it. Aramis is one of the best characters I've ever played. She's almost as much fun as Horatio. :p

Well folks I've got a bit of bad news. Big project deadline is this sunday and we have a long way to go. I'm going to drop off the radar for the weekend so I can focus on that. Once that's done, I'll post again monday.
Things may slow down for a bit until the workload lightens up.
No worries Adam - we all know that RL throws you some curveballs - slow pace suits me too.

Okay, I am very sorry for leaving things hanging this long. The good news is I will be moving things forward this weekend. The other bit of good news is the project at work that's been a headache fro the past month should be over this weekend.
