Let's see, Zordlon can't move while prone and staggered, can't take a standard action without winding up the deathclock, and if he stands up and takes a 5' step towards Nibb (wherever she is), he'll be more of a target, since his AC will drop by 6.
Zordlon will delay.

Alcalde vows to hit the field targets again when he has some time, and instead lays his hands on the biggest rock he can find, hurling it down upon the javelin-throwing offender.
Rock To-Hit, touch: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (13) + 1 = 14
Damage(if biggest rock is little): 1d6 ⇒ 1
More damage(if biggest rock is big): 1d6 ⇒ 1

I thought Nibb was already on the map. I fixed that.
Nibb kneels beside Zordlon. "I'm not going to lie. This is going to sting." She yanks the javelin from his gut and quickly covers the hemorrhaging wound with a hand that begins to glow white.
Cure Light Wounds: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4

"Ah, my thanks! I admit I failed to notice their leader's armament when I first ventured out here."
Can a wizard cast while prone without having to make a check of some kind? I don't see anyrthing that says that he can't. Regardless of the answer, Zordlon will undelay. (Yeehah!)

There is only small rubble by the barracks. The larger rubble is on the roof.
Alcalde tosses a rock off the barracks and it's hard not to fondly recall such childhood games as the goblin's skull lets out a loud crack that reverberates within the courtyard. Nibb promptly replaces Zordlon's spleen.
Can a wizard cast while prone without having to make a check of some kind?
Originally I was thinking that if the spell has a somatic component, being prone could impact the spell unless a bonded object could be used (for example, a wand (implement vs. the d&d wand) would make it easier to cast while prone. After all, they show it all the time in the Potter movies. However, looking at a few threads, it looks like it's easier to just allow casting while prone.

Hooray for the easy way!
With his previous target crushed by a falling rock, Zordlon shifts his attention to the only enemy capable of reaching him (as far as he can tell).
Zordlon will cast magic missile at the creature that skewered him.
Magic missile: 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2
&#@$! you, dice, and your little ^@$*! too.
Alcalde and Nibb already went (dropped rock and healing Zordlon, respectively). Or are the enemies doing nothing? That's also acceptable. :-)

I'll assume Rowbin moved up a floor.
Target: 1,2 = Alcalde, 3,4 = Nibb, 5 = Zordlon.
target: 1d5 ⇒ 3
Javelin: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (4) + 3 = 7
damage: 1d8 + 5 ⇒ (8) + 5 = 13
The beefier humanoid continues to throw javelins at the tower's barrack defense but misses. The goblins move around to make themselves harder to hit while waiting for the door to come down.

Zordlon isn't doing anything complicated. If Alcalde or Nibb drop Razogen first, he'll traget the closest goblin instead.
Zordlon squints at his tormentor, attempting to determine how many javelins he has left, before releasing another burst of magical energy.
Casting acid splash at Razogen.
Perception: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (17) + 3 = 20
Ranged touch: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (20) + 4 = 24
OH YEAH, see how I head-faked the dice roller? I learned that from Cooter.
Acid damage: 2d3 + 2 ⇒ (1, 1) + 2 = 4
#@$@ you, dice.

Nibb stands back up and continues to attempt plucking burning wood from the bonfire to sling at the goblins.
I'll just roll to assist Zordlon as before
Combat assist to Zordlon: 1d20 ⇒ 6

Alcalde throws another largest-feasible rock at Razogen
Rock To-Hit, touch: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (11) + 1 = 12
Damage(if biggest rock is little): 1d6 ⇒ 4
More damage(if biggest rock is big): 1d6 ⇒ 3

This will probably be fatal, but...
Zordlon attempts to climb down the wall in order to fight the fire. I'll also make an Acrobatics check to try and reduce the damage from the inevitable fall.
Climb: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (10) + 1 = 11
Acrobatics: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (19) + 3 = 22

I'm not sure what there is to work with, but Zordlon will try to fight the fire (pulling burning objects away from the door, smothering parts with sand or his cloak, etc).

There isn't much outside other than a few spent javelins and rubble. But your efforts combined with the rest of the groups is able to put it out, after some time. The door itself will require repair; charred sections are easily pulled apart, leaving holes wide enough for rodents of unusual size and worse through.
