Dain swipes at the bug

Axe: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (8) + 7 = 151d10 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 5

Dain't axe connects but the hardness and weirdness of this Dragon Fly prevent it from biting in as he wished it did.

No more Hiding for you!

Lanneth moves forward behind Yorikata and casts Glitterdust on the creature.

Cast Glitter dust in the corner so it hits the dragon fly. For next 5 rounds it can not become invisible. It also must make a Will 17 save or be blinded. (Save each round to end)

Go if you can, that will not last long!

Will save: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (16) + 3 = 19

I assume that is a pass? DC should be 15?

Lanneth's spell explodes in a spray of sparkles, the giant Dragon Fly avoids being blinded on its many faceted eyes and clings on to William.

Round 6 - Fight on the Lilly Pads - Conditions in Hazard

Still grappled, he says "I got it!"

He throws a punch at the thing.

damage: 1d3 + 4 ⇒ (3) + 4 = 7

Round 6 - Fight on the Lilly Pads - Conditions in Hazard
William (Grappled). Yorikata
giant Dragon Fly (-24) (Entangle 4 rds)
Lanneth, Dain, Ewigga (on Lily Pad #3) <---

Both William and Yorikata land blows upon the hardened carapace of this creature neither damaging it as much as they had wished.

Yori do you have Precise shot?
Maintain: 1d20 + 13 + 5 ⇒ (10) + 13 + 5 = 28

The Large Dragon fly bites into William.

Bite: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (7) + 10 = 173d8 + 6 ⇒ (4, 5, 7) + 6 = 22

This thing seems to be immune to my magic! Lanneth growls in frustration.

Seeing the thing seems to be occupied with William she poses a moment before flying half way across the pit and calling down a slumber hex on the creature.

Night Faries! We need you!

Will save 17 or it falls asleep for 5 rounds.

Round 6/10 for flying

Dain's axe finds it's mark but fails to penetrate the hardened hide of this creature.

So reading it it is immune to mind effecting, I missed that before but am going to put it into effect now

Lanneth's hex fails to affect the insect at all as she realizes she is a rather delicate target in the air.

Round 7 - Fight on the Lilly Pads - Conditions in Hazard

giant Dragon Fly (-24) (Entangle 4 rds)
Lanneth, Dain, Ewigga (on Lily Pad #3)

DC 11 reflex save please William and Dain as you two are still on the platform with the entangle spell

Make 3 more rolls please as you are stuck to the floorright now with the dead dragon fly bleeding out on top of you :)

Ewigga seeing you dispatch the dragon fly hops over to the far side. "The bottom is just mulch if I recall" She shouts over.

Also remember the flies are here so you cannot take 10 and they cause a -2 to all skill checks

Lanneth flies back over and lands.

Mulch? I would worry about where those vines that are trying to trip them up are coming from. They could grow in that mulch.

M Dwarf Inquisitor(Living Grimoire) 37/37,Init5,F7R2W6,AC18T13FF16

She takes a quick peak through the door to see if her calculations from all the turns and going down stairs are correct. But as she stares into a wall she gives up. She runs back to Lanneth and stands in silence.

I guess we could tie a rope to the balcony here, and one to the other balcony and the two of you could use that to help getting across the lilly pads.

Lanneth starts looking around to see if she can find a place to tie the rope.

"They are coming from the platfrom, that creature summoned them, they didn't come from below." Ewigga says. "You could all try jumping across if you want or just drop down like I said."

M Dwarf Inquisitor(Living Grimoire) 37/37,Init5,F7R2W6,AC18T13FF16

Very well, let us go down. Dain ties a rope and starts shimmying down. Lanneth could geta rope across so we can climb up

The bug still has you in its claws and won't let go until the rigor mortis expires. How rigor is the mortis of a bug reduced to yellow goo? :P

Rigor Gootis? You just needed to make the rolls so you could stand, it grappled you to the ground and the Entangle spell kept you laying flat on your back

After a few seconds the spell the giant Dragon fly cast fades and William is able to stand and tie his rope off. Looking down you can see the fall is about 50' but the ground is soft so you should be able to drop the final bit without incident. On the far side Yori's rope is dangling low enough that you can grasp it.

As long as William and Dain can make the DC 5 check by taking 10 they will be fine, you can fail that by 5 you will have to roll

He takes a gander at their surroundings. Perception 20+4

William is in agreement with Ewiggas assessment that this is just a giant compost area as all the plant matter down here is rotting and turning into soil. The ground is spongy and walking isn't difficult but slow so that you don't sink in. Both of the men make their ways back up to the far side and join the ladies.

J3. Greenhouse
All manner of exotic flora fills this massive conservatory. A thick
mist floats just above the ground, carpeting the area in a perpetual
fog. The air is moist, and a thousand smells, both pleasant and
pungent, waft throughout the area. Water drips from a bridge
high above, falling like rain to the greenhouse’s floor. A constant
symphony of birdsong and other animal noises fills the air.

The Iron Wood bridge above you is about 80; and the ceiling bringing forth the sun is 160'

William replies to the lycanthrope "I agree. Feeling kind of ripe at the moment. And unhealed."

Noticing the bridge above him William says "This is where those invisible grabbby things were. Is it not?"

He backs up into the corridor.
