Cherias the Kitling
Once I drop the weapons Cherias won't be able to use underwater, and the backpack, he's at a whopping +5 for swimming. Hopefully won't have to make many checks. We're able to breath, speak, and use spells with Air bubble, right?
Cherias drops most of his gear in the boat, and dives in, following Segang down. During the swim, he'll establish lifelinks to all of the others. As they approach the wreck, he'll cast Shield Other on Segang, and Shield of Faith on himself.
DM NomadSage
Swimming fast on Segang's lead, you descend rapidly into the river. Fifteen or so feet below the surface, sunlight dims significantly, unable to penetrate the murky water. Melianthe's magical light illuminates a globe around you, but only to see ten or so feet out. By the time you reach the riverbed, it is as dark as night beyond the light spell.
Not long after, you sense a darker space ahead, a long hulking object laying among the kelp and sand. As you near it, the outline of the sunken ship becomes more distinct. You can see that it settled hard against a jutting rock, and the wreck now lies in two large pieces. Nearest to you, the forward bow sits half-upright, while the remaining three-quarters of the ship lies on its starboard side beyond.
Brass letters stamped onto the bow rail name the wreck: The Direption.
Segang
Segang has the new underwater crossbow out but his his spear ready. He has feathered the crossbow to his belt in case he needs to drop it. Through the air bubble he ask Someone scan the ship and area around it for magic. Lets search the smaller piece and then the larger. With that he moves towards theforward bow sitting half-upright and begins to search it. If he enters tight quarters he will switch to his spear.

Absinthe draws her rapier and swims to the front of the group, peering into the murk. "Anything?" she asks of Melianthe and Seren.
Perception & Darkvision: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (1) + 7 = 8. +2 to check for traps. *sigh* =_=
DM NomadSage
Closer now to the ship, the signs of scorching and damage from the fire pots and trebuchet strikes are evident. Neither Melianthe or Seren sense any magic from the bow section. The group follows a short distance behind Absinthe, keeping her in sight through the silty murk. She does not spot anything amid the shattered barrels, scattered pots that litter the surroundings.
Indeed, the first sign of danger comes as a long, gray eel shoots out of a barrel, striking Absinthe in the leg.

Seren will reach out and summon the shadows from the murk to bind the eel in place. Binding Darkness Ranged Touch: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (11) + 3 = 14
If it hits it is entangled and has concealment from us and we have concealment from it ... Darkvision negates the concealment.
(Note, Absinthe, creatures you're concealed from are vulnerable to sneak attacks. Sorry Segang but I think this will benefit us ... takes place after your first attack and only lasts one round)

Did we heal up since the last fight at all...? I forget. ^^;
Absinthe hisses her anger at being caught off-guard, and jabs her rapier at the eel, regardless whether it is bound or not.
Fortitude save 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (15) + 7 = 22. Rapier attack roll 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (14) + 8 = 22 for 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 1 = 7. I have Darkvision, so no concealment from me. ;) If it is bound and helpless, then add sneak attack 2d6 ⇒ (6, 5) = 11 to the damage tally.
Segang
Before Seren's spell goes off Segang drops the crossbow letting it hand from its tether and moves 5' to the northeast, puling his spear. He this attempts to skewer the eel using a round of rage to boost his strength and power attacking.
Longspear: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (12) + 10 = 221d8 + 7 + 6 ⇒ (5) + 7 + 6 = 18
Just a reminder, Segang always power attacks with two handed weapons as there is no penalty to do so with Furious Focus.

"Bah," Absinthe grumbles. "It was barely anything. I shall bite the beast much harder, after we've sliced and cooked it!"
That being said, I wouldn't mind a heal. ;) I guess most of us wouldn't.

Underwater, I would think that scrolls would be damaged yes?

I said: "immediate (this round) actions"... Cherias can cure once. And yes, you all rested and were healed going into the water.
Round Two
Absinthe and Seren look around, spotting nothing for the moment. Cherias swims and lays a wand heal on Absinthe.
Just before Segang moves to claim his prize, several more silt eels swim from the cabin ahead, closing to attack aggressively.
Two come from the port hatch, snapping at Absinthe. Four surge from the starboard hatch, with two attacking Segang and Melianthe. Absinthe and Melianthe both take venomous, needle-toothed bites.
2 Bite vs Absinthe: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (19) + 3 = 22; Damage: 1d4 ⇒ 2 plus DC 13 Fort save for poison

Yeah, if it can be assumed that the CLW charges were spent before diving in (really, would you go swimming with open wounds?) that would be logical, but if the GM says no, so be it. I was kind of out of it when we were getting ready to swim.
Edit: GM ninja'd me. So, those charges were spent to heal up Abby and Seren prior to swimming, and this is the charge spent last round:

"Foul, water-dwelling worms!" Absinthe curses as she jabs her rapier at the second eel to take a bite out of her today.

One of those is going to provoke from Segang's reach weapon.

Round Two, continued...
Initiative Order: Eels [26], Cherias [21], Segang [11], Seren, Melianthe [9], Absinthe [8]
Melianthe feels her strength wane as the eel's venom seeps into her bloodstream. (1 Str damage, continuing, see spoiler)
Cherias blesses the group. Segang shifts his longspear left, stabbing and severely wounding a silt eel attacking Absinthe. Seren swims to a flanking position but fails to hit with his rapier.
Melianthe targets the nearest eel with a hex, knocking it unconscious. Absinthe attacks with her rapier, killing the eel Segang hit a moment before.
The remaining silt eels continue to attack, landing bites on Seren and Segang.
