(The True) Round One
Initiative Order: Melianthe [18], Segang [14], Absinthe [13], Demitri[12], Seren, Rosa [9]
Melianthe, followed by Seren and Absinthe hugging the wall, climb the cattle pen fence and move up towards the shop front. His patience ended, Segang smashes the front door, damaging it severely. This elicits shouts of alarm from within, and more when Demitri smashes the display window to bits. You can see two of the deserters shoving a table behind the door to block it, while two more stand behind the long counter.
"Here they come!" calls the apparent leader, a tall fighter with a bushy unibrow and flat nose. The second man behind the counter, a thin man wearing an oversized chainmail coat, raises his crossbow and fires at Demitri through the window. He narrowly misses his mark.

Demitri looks at his work before looking back at Rosa. "This should help in case they decide to ignore me." He says before casting Shield of Faith on Rosa. "You may not like the Inheritor, but she looks out for everyone." He then climbs through the window and ends up next to green.

Absinthe zips forward, hugging the walls, and tries to make herself small as she skids to a halt behind Demitri. "Apologies," she mutters. "One is not quite as sturdy as you."
If Demitri has cleared enough glass to gain entrance, Absinthe follows in his wake.
Stealth check for using Demitri as a human shield, maybe? ^^; 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (14) + 9 = 23. Never fear, though, Abbie is going in as Demitri's flanking backup.

Look at it this way; if they're going to shoot you, they were going to shoot you anyway. At least now if you're shot, a furious tiefling explodes from behind you and exacts bloody vengeance on the archers! :) That, or I drop a Darkness bomb and drag you back to Rosa for healing. (Always thinking of the team!)

Round Two

Melianthe moves up behind Demitri, casting a hex on the archer, who curses back more emphatically, negating the magic. Segang finishes off the front door with another swing of his hammer. As the shattered planks fall away, he sees the two Cowhammer Boys blocking the entrance with a heavy wooden table.
"Piss off, horser!" one responds to his terms.
"Bal! These ain't guards!" the other shouts.
Unibrow snarls, "Who gives a s@&$! They're onto us... kill 'em!"
Absinthe moves up, hiding beside Demitri, underneath the broken window. Seren follows, trying to fire an arrow through the window, but it ricochets off the frame.
Demitri casts a protective spell upon Rosa, then mantles through the window, kicking fly-beset slabs of meat across the floor. Rosa steps up to the window, snapping her whip into the room but missing any targets.
Screaming, Unibrow hops over the counter, attacking Demitri with his longsword, while the man at the door spins and does the same. Demitri blocks the first with his shield, but takes a hard hit against his back from the second. The second man at the door braces the blocking table with his shield, sword readied.
The man behind the counter drops down to reload his heavy crossbow.

Absinthe rises -- and tumbles. A series of cartwheels carries her after Demitri and through the window, landing at Unibrow's side, where she lances into him with her rapier.
Acrobatics: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (9) + 7 = 16 - to get to C16. Attack roll: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (10) + 1 = 11 for 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5 damage. I don't think sneak attack applies in this positioning, but that brown thing at D16 is in the way and I think it's a wall. ^^;

In that case, Abby goes up onto the counter for her attack, setting Mr. Stroppy up for the ever beloved flanking + sneak attack-combo. ;) If her attack succeeds with the added flanking bonus: 1d6 ⇒ 5 sneak attack damage!

Round Three

Melianthe hexes Unibrow but he barely even notices. Segang moves up and swings down at the man in the door, who ducks underneath and narrowly avoids the powerful strike.
Absinthe moves up and around Unibrow, hopping atop the counter to flank him. Unfortunately, her rapier deflects harmlessly off of his armor. Demitri also attacks with his judgemental strike, but Unibrow parries it aside with his shield.
Seren moves up, firing an arrow through the window and clipping his target's shoulder. Rosa snaps her whip but fails to connect.
Unibrow attacks Demitri again, as the second warrior moves away from the front door; both miss badly. The remaining man at the door stabs at Segang over the barricade, but just clatters his blade across the top.
The bookish man pops up from behind the counter, stepping back before firing at Absinthe point blank, driving a bolt deep between two ribs.

Absinthe hisses at the pain, but fortunately Rosa stabilizes her before her knees can start to buckle. "Keep me alive, sister," she manages to wheeze out before she takes another stab at the man fighting Demitri. "We needs must deal with the bull before we can settle for the weasel."

Round Four

Melianthe fires a force missile at the archer, causing him to curse in pain as he ducks behind the counter again to reload. Segang swings his maul around again, this time making contact. His target falls to the floor, his skull caved in with a sickly crunch.
Absinthe steps nimbly across the counter, stabbing Unibrow again and finding a gap in his armor. Her rapier retracts covered in blood. Demitri tries to attack again with the flat of his blade, but it is again parried aside.
Rosa moves into the shop, skirting the battle to find a safe spot to heal Absinthe. Seren hops through the window and across the shop, jumping atop the counter beside Absinthe and firing an arrow at the reloading archer. He stumbles back into the corner, badly wounded.
"Fall back! Get the others!" Unibrow orders, stepping around the counter as he turns and swings at Absinthe. She hops over the arc, avoiding hurt. "Aye sir," the other replies, taking one last chop at Demitri and landing a crushing hit into the shoulder crease. Bleeding heavily, Demitri collapses.
Absinthe required a 5ft step to D17 for the flank, meaning Rosa goes to E16 to avoid AoO. Seren made it to D15 (difficult terrain for the window and the counter), but good enough for LoS.
