With a series of much louder curses, Rosa kneels by Demitri's side, trying to stop the bleeding.

Absinthe takes a last slash at Unibrow before she hops down to where Rosa is huddling over Demitri, and roots around in her pack.

"Give him this if you no longer have magic to heal him," she says, presenting the Cleric with a small, glass vial.

Absinthe takes an AoO as Captain Unibrow leaves her threatened area, then moves down and gives Rosa a potion of Cure Light Wounds for 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 1 = 6 if applied.
Attack roll: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (8) + 1 = 9. Damage if successful: 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 1 = 6.

Melianthe fires a force missile at the archer, causing him to curse in pain as he ducks behind the counter again to reload. Segang swings his maul around again, this time making contact. His target falls to the floor, his skull caved in with a sickly crunch.

Absinthe steps nimbly across the counter, stabbing Unibrow again and finding a gap in his armor. Her rapier retracts covered in blood. Demitri tries to attack again with the flat of his blade, but it is again parried aside.

Rosa moves into the shop, skirting the battle to find a safe spot to heal Absinthe. Seren hops through the window and across the shop, jumping atop the counter beside Absinthe and firing an arrow at the reloading archer. He stumbles back into the corner, badly wounded.

"Fall back! Get the others!" Unibrow orders, stepping around the counter as he turns and swings at Absinthe. She hops over the arc, avoiding hurt. "Aye sir," the other replies, taking one last chop at Demitri and landing a crushing hit into the shoulder crease. Bleeding heavily, Demitri collapses.

Absinthe required a 5ft step to D17 for the flank, meaning Rosa goes to E16 to avoid AoO. Seren made it to D15 (difficult terrain for the window and the counter), but good enough for LoS.

Sorry for the delay. Internet troubles at my house yesterday.

The barbarian drops his earth breaker, and readies his shield as he advances (AC18).

Shield Bash: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (7) + 6 = 131d4 + 5 ⇒ (2) + 5 = 7

Well, that was not worth the wait.


Round Five
Initiative Order: Melianthe [18], Segang [14], Absinthe [13], Demitri [12], Seren, Rosa [9], Cowhammers [1]

Melianthe moves up through the window, firing her wand again and wounding Demitri's nemesis. Segang closes in on Unibrow, swinging his shield and missing.

Absinthe backs out of the melee, rooting around in her pack for a healing potion and handing it to Rosa as she comes to aid Demitri. The combination of healing skill and magic are enough to staunch his wounds, but he remains unconscious. (at -1, I believe)

Seren hops off the counter and fires another arrow, but his target ducks low to avoid it. He responds in kind, firing a bolt back at Seren. His aim is very poor, and the missile flies into the ceiling.

"Castle!" Unibrow calls out, moving to attack Seren at the door while his ally shifts to cover his back against Segang. Unibrow drives his blade into Seren's gut, then kicks him back away from the door as he crumbles to the floor.

Gotta love being 1st level! Actions for R6?

Absinthe hisses with fury when she sees Seren go down, and lashes out at Unibrow with her slender blade once again!

the tiefling chants while slashing and stabbing at her opponent, her rapier a ribbon of flashing, sparkling silver.

Attack roll: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (18) + 4 = 22. Damage if successful: 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 1 = 7.

Was about to remind Absinthe of the same thing.

Segang now pulls his sap as he 5' steps to D19 and tries to sap the crossbowman.

And that is the last round of controlled Rage for the day. :(

Rosa screams in 'terror' and vaults out the window, for all the world looking like she's running off into the night...before a wave of soothing healing energy flows out over everyone and she stops, turns around, and winks.

Move to A15 (Which I think gets everybody without healing anyone who has been hit), then Channel Positive: 1d6 ⇒ 1

Melianthe's threat goes unacknowledge by Unibrow or his companions, and still he continue towards the door. Her hex is effective, and bears fruit as Absinthe drives the point of her rapier through his back. Howling, he falls beside Seren. Segang closes on the crossbowman and clubs him him senseless.

Rosa hops outside the window and evokes a burst of healing energy.

The remaining man, seeing his three allies down or dead, braces his shield and zig-zags towards the front door and flees out into the street.

Green's withdraw provokes an AoO from Abs, and technically Mel (but I don't think she has a weapon readied).

Actions for R7?

Let him run. If he brings back friends I will kill them too. Segang retrieves his hammer, but puts it in its sling over his back and keeps his sap and shield readied.

"Now to do some interrogation." He picks up the bound Unibrow. "I will ask this once. If you answer correctly, you won't be pummeled by my friend's hammer." He says point to Segang. "Where is Verik?"
