Tarial |

"Talking I can do," Tarial replied to Ladder, "Just you all remember that your legs are much too long 'cos you're all too big. Don't go running off and leaving me behind."

Taurven Wess |

Taurven adds the daggers to his arsenal. One more for each boot and one added to his belt.
"So... Straight up and knock on the front door?" Taurven knows it is risky, but they need to talk to Ihren, not raid her home. Maybe someone has a good plan.

Ladder Stonewall |

Ladder nods moves forward slowly, one hand on his sword. He moves to the point where the path to the right starts and waits to make sure the others are following and also see if that prompts any reaction from people presumably within the warehouse.

Keilaantara 'Marukh |

Keilaan advances with the others debating silently Sling or dagger? Mmn, sling, I guess, in case we do deal with archers.
I took the liberty of moving all of us up on the map -- sing out and/or change position if it doesn't work for you.
"While I still have use of all my languages, 'keyl' means 'right' and 'zarzh' means 'left.' 'Talyin' means 'there,' in Aklo; if I'm pointing and shouting 'talyin...' well, you get the idea."

Keilaantara 'Marukh |

"Yes... for whatever reason, the Powers behind the Mystery of Bones granted me knowledge of the Aklo tongue. When under the stress of battle, it is the only language I can use. I still understand Common, and those other languages I have learned -- Infernal, Undercommon, Aquan, and Draconic. But Aklo is all I can utter when the heat of fighting is upon me. I would be happy to instruct you, as time allows."

'The group gathers between the two doors, busy conversing as the door to the right of them suddenly bursts open and three armed men reveal themselves. Two of them, dressed in leather armor and sporting fire-red skin, fire their light crossbows, one of them hitting Marcus square in his hip - tearing into his flesh. Marcus takes 4 damage. The other bolt was the result of poor aim and flies far wide. Taurven, recovering from dodging one of the bolts, spots the approach of the third thug, a blonde and fair skinned man, and manages to evade the swift slash of his enemy's short sword.
The sound of multiple footsteps can be heard coming from the door straight ahead, accompanied by a dogs heavy barking and deep growling.'
Initiative: Ladder, Keilaan, Taurven/Marcus/Tarial.
Map Updated.

Ladder Stonewall |

Ladder looks around, sword already in hand. He casts Magic Weapon on his great sword. He will then move forward to a protecting position. Remember, push them back into the warehouse.
Map updated

Marcus Teric |

Marcus winces in pain as the bolt finds its way to the bone. His gasp of pain is audible to all around him. Marcus takes a step to the right to catch his balance and re-steady himself. "Thank you lord for giving me this chance to be stronger than I was made" With that more dark energy will pore from his body to flood the area with pain.
Channel Negative Will DC 15 For Half: 1d6 ⇒ 6 Ignore my companions and the 5' step will put me in line so I catch all three tieflings.

Keilaantara 'Marukh |

Staying silent, Keilaan steps to the side for a clear shot at the door-guards, aiming for the one on her left.
Sling: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (7) + 1 = 8
damage: 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3

Tarial |

"Are you starting to feel we may not be entirely welcome here?" Tarial murmured as she glanced at the two hefty looking foes. Tieflings again, guessing by the skin, although frankly anything with Red skin was probably not a good choice for fire magic.
Still, Snowball usually did the job fairly well even when she didn't convert it into a ball of flaming gases. Moving over to Keilaan she followed the Oracle's lead and took a shot on the one on the left. She always liked to overwhelm and opponent before they could fight back, choosing one and destroying him.
Spell: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (12) + 3 = 15
Damage: 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2
If it hit the Tiefling to the left must make a DC 15 Fortitude save or be staggered for one round.

Keilaantara 'Marukh |

Could we have avoided these slayings? Been slower to advance, and found some less-strident an assertion of our agendas? Squinting at the shift of a weapon, she blinked. Are we to become a plague, in our striving to burn another out?
