Before she suddenly broke off, her eyes glowing a burning red.
She leapt back swearing in Abyssal.
Abyssal:
"Get them! They're Crusaders!"

She waived her hands and spoke arcane words.

Everyone hears a whisper in the back of your minds, just a certainty that everything will be all right if you can just approach the feet of the statue of Iomedae and complete a prayer service. Won’t take but 15 minutes.
Thrall, Taedric, Kelden and Sapphiria manage to shake off the Suggestion.

The surprise of the attackers, and the pain of being stabbed come through a muted haze, as Alorah feels the call to offer a prayer to Iomedae. Striking out with her mace to defend herself from the crazed knight trying to prevent her from her devotion, she moves toward the the statue.

"First you invite me to a prayer gathering & then your lackeys attack me," he adds while easily dodging the clumsy swings of his attackers, "Joke's on you!" He taunts as he nimbly weaves between the blows to cheekily close with the statue, almost absentmindedly slashing at his interposer as he does.

Since Grey's move is only 20', I think he can pretty much just tumble through Knight #1's space. I'm guessing the red dot is the indicator that we are under the Suggestion effect?

Her attack glanced away from the knight’s armor.
When she moved towards the statue, two knights swung at her. One missed and one connected for 3 damage.

Grey taunts as he nimbly weaves between the blows to cheekily close with the statue, almost absentmindedly slashing at his interposer as he does.
His attack easily slipped through a couple of plates, dealing a lot of damage to a sensitive spot.

He then moved up with Alorah, taking two AoO’s, getting hit once for 12 damage.

Catching sight of the blood soaked blade in his hand, an almost comical look of trepidation flashes across his visage as he rapidly flips the offending item down & behind him, 'accidently' slashing through the knight sandwiched between himself & Thrall. "For a Mendev God, you're alright I say!"
"Though just between you me & the wall,"
he adds, his tone & demeanor sliding from performatively pious to almost chummy, "not nearly so impressed with this," allowing the momentum of his blow to carry the blade through the first knight before taking a second cut from his neighbor, "lot we found here."
"Honestly, gonna have to have a talk with Irabeth about these guys. But she's great, really. Kinda scary, but great."

K, so, this is literally the first character I've managed to play to the point of having iterative multiple attacks. I can make a 5' step even if I've done a full attack action, or not?
Because if not, that's fine. If Grey can make a 5' step, then he will make one closer to the statue. If not he just stays where he is.

*Nor would it stop a character from going back and helping a friend in trouble if needed.
*Also, if anyone does take damage under Suggestion, or are slapped by someone not under Suggestion, the get another save against it.

Yeah you can 5ft step, but no other move, in a round where you make a full attack (Barring Mythic shenanigans)

It's a 10ft radius burst but the site was being glitchy with mapping it. Centered properly I think it might even catch the succubus without hitting any of us.

Having been brutally stabbed, Sapphiria is close to death. She tries to cast a healing spell, but the hack and hew of combat is too much, and she fumbles the spell.

Thrall turns to one flank and swings his sword in a circular movement, capitalising from the centrifugal force. He cleaved right through the knight, flinging his halves across the room in a fountain of blood.

Grey backstabbed Knight 1, killing him. His other hand thrust a blade into Knight 4, wounding him.
He will make one 5’ step closer to the statue.

Kelden turned seeing their mute companion take several blows. calling on the grace of his goddess torwards the pretty oracle healing her for 26.

Taedric winces from the wound, and the wolf below him tears at the knight that wounded his companion even before the gnome can direct him.
They both combine to fell Knight 8.

Alorah calls forth her magic, unleashing a radiant burst of holy light that erupts from behind the attackers. Knights 9, 6, 7 and the succubus took holy damage from the burst of light. Knights 6 and 9 are blind, but Knight 7 and the succubus turned away in time to avoid that.

(npc)Kyra turns and shoots Knight 7, the first shot bounced off, but the second one wounded him.

Knight 4 attacked Grey.

She then moves around all her companions with such an alacrity that she is nothing more than a blur as she twirls around Sapphiria and stops her movement behind one of the knights threatening her as Dancing Phoenix flashes terribly fast. She whirls again as the blade cuts towards the knight for a second time. Meanwhile Kyra continues humming the hauntinly beautiful, wordless tune.

Don't forget to add your +2 morale bonus on saving throws, attack rolls, ability checks, skill checks, and weapon damage rolls everyone!!!

The battle is over.
Those still afflicted with the Suggestion spell are cajoled, persuaded and slapped until the spell breaks, and they are no longer driven to pray at the statue of Iomedae.

The effect is subtle, but something attracts your eye to the arras draped at the south wall of the chapel chamber of Iomedae.
But what was it? As you approach it, all you see is a draped portrait of the goddess Iomedae raising her sword to a threatening dark smear probably representing Tar-Baphon.
But a hint of motion catches your eye; the lower fringe swayed just a little. Like a current of air?

After a rather long, meandering, & frequently tangential prayer, mostly directed toward Iomedae (you think); it becomes apparent to the rest of you that Grey is actually warning you that from now on it will likely be dangerous to communicate out loud & that any individuals or groups encountered within should be considered hostile. He also indicates that while he believes the party should investigate rooms to the north from what information he feels he tricked out of the succubus before she caught on. He then cautiously approaches the drapery concealing the south wall of the chapel, his posture & blade at the ready.

Bluff to relay a hidden message DC 20: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (9) + 13 = 22
Camris, the Bluff check is to make it difficult for any observers (if there are any) to get the information he is trying to relay to the other party members. Also, kind of, to be certain he was able to relay it to the other party members...


Grey is able to convey his hidden message to even the dullest of his party's minds.

Grey walks around the Chapel, gawping like a tourist at the iconography and artworks present.
