Jerin quite easily touches the first Grey Maiden, who is dazed.
Krenn's attack hacks into the first dazed Grey Maiden and then with his cleave he slams into the second woman, making her cry out as she falls to the ground bleeding out, but still alive.
Arianna comes out with her rapier and stabs into the final Grey Maiden, her sword peicing stright through the last one as she too crumbles too the floor next to the first one.
Round has ended as both are incapacitated and helpless. They are both wearing all what they have. Masterwork full plate, heavy steel shield, masterwork longsword, composite bow with 20 arrows.
The two large doors they were guarding are locked.
If no one uses Knock then DC 26 Strength check to knock down the door. I assume there's no one with disable device but DC 30 in case any of you have it.

Curnach calls upon the Green Faith to bless the group once more casts Guidance (use for initiative unless someone declares otherwise) and then repeats the same motions he used to make a hole in the wall- tearing a new hole into the wall beside the heavy door.
Warp Wood again.
It looked like battering the door down was our only option- too noisy and not quick enough.

As the wood warps and shapes you peer into a room filled with many beds of moaning and diseased looking patients. They all appear to have had surgury done on them with vicious scars upon their body, however you noticed that none of them actually have any signs of the disease.
All the patients are restrained by leather straps that bind the figure to the sturdy metal frames of the white-sheeted beds. These are all Varisian in appearance. The room's centre stretch simple wooden worktables, each covered in fluid-filled beakers, intricate glass tubes, small burners and other alchemical instruments.
You see three of the queen's physicians staring back down at you four as you manage to warp the wood of the walls and make your way in here. They all have their sticks use for investigating sours and opening wounds ready as weapons.

Krenn remember you have Barkskin- your AC is 3 higher than normal.
Thanks. At the moment, he is not using his +1 shield so that he can do two handed strikes and have a hand free to open doors, so the barkskin is offsetting that.

From the combined fire of Curnach and burning one of the physician before Krenn lodges his axe in the physician, knocing this man to the floor, bleeding out.
The Queen's Physician manages to resist Jerin's attack and doesn't get dazed.
Before Curnach's attack the Physicians move, one who is in mellee with Jerin who he tried to daze used his hand signals communicating with the only standing physician who moves into flanking around Jerin.
Queen Physician 1:

Hey sorry guys I would've replied but I thought there was a problem with the site. It appears that once again firefox wasn't loading any webpages on paizo so I was stuck with a blank screen and now the kids are here, gah. Anyway I'll get to everyone soon and save this explaination on note pad to tell everyone else. Again, I apologise for the slow reply.
Yeah sorry, I was tired and forgot about it not needing a DC. Yes he is lower DC than you so he was dazed and therefore he never got his attack nor his sneak attack so you took no damage that round.
Krenn's attack on the second physician nearly takes him down and Curnach's fire finishes him off whilst Arianna unwraps her scarf and with ease trips the last physician who is now dazed and prone on the floor.

Curnach ignores the remaining melee and inspects the varisians in the room.

Native Varisians again... They seem to have a natural immunity to the disease. Looks like the doctors are trying to find out why.

Krenn you forgot to add your strength modifier, however it doesn't really matter as he certainly doesn't have enough hitpoints for that to be an issue, lol.
Krenn steps in and with a swift movement he brings the weapon up high before bringing down the axe and removing the doctor's head with ease, rolling away.
Loot: 3x of the following: leather armour, examination wand (functions like a club, masterworked), healer's kit and plaguebringer's mask.
You notice that from the combined unnessacery surgury and being drugged up to keep quiet they don't have the strength to get up and walk on their own for now, but you think if they were left to have the drugs run their course in the system then after some time they'll be able to get back up, however they would still need recovery time from this entire endevor.
The door leading to this room appears to be unlocked.

I don't think our disguise is going to be worth anything with Krenn with us, and I suspect that the doctors and maidens aren't allowed in the basement anyway, considering its access is limited to a piece of machinery that is not with the lift itself. Ready yourselves... he finishes, waiting for the group to gather and then throwing open the door into the next room.

You enter what appears to be the final room, converted into a sizable laboratory with blood, bile and other humors bubbling away in the many oddly formed beakers and twisting tubes. Any wall space left unobscured by cabinets or over-laden bookshelves is covered by worn parchments depicting magnified aspects of human anatomy in grisly detail, pierced with pins and lags like the war maps of a veteran campaigner. In the corner, a desk of elegantly carved white ash beart the image of a heard of antelope, but the staint of dark chemicals and gore disfigures the once-beautiful piece. Sat behind this desk is Dr. Davaulus who appears to be quickly packing things away which you just caught him in doing.
His face turns red as she starts shouting.
"How dare you break into my office!" he shouts as if scoulding a child that spilt ink on his parchment. "You are interrupting important work being done to find a cure to this horrible plague, wore commissioned by the queen herself I might add and your breaking in here can be seen as high treason! However, if you all leave now and clean up the mess you've made, I will see to it the queen doesn't hear about this."

He goes silent when Curnach confronts him and then just grins, drawing his rapier for defence and gives a confident smirk.
"You all realise that your foolish crusade to save the city will end in your blood being spilt." he sneers "This disease is the world's way to bring back balance and the only way for civilization to grow and prosper, parts of society that hold everything else back must be periodically pruned. Korvosa will be stronger at the end of these dark days, a place you and I would be proud to call home. Come, help me spread this disease and remove the riff-raff and make this a perfect world."

Curnach finishes summoning as a Cheetah with a golden aura steps out onto the material plane next to him. Curnach grins.
Bring him down for Korvosan Justice... he whispers to the animal, uncaring that it cannot understand him. The beast charges at Davaulus with alarming speed, using tooth and claw as it leaps through the air in a pounce...

The bite from the celestial creature appears to have hit home, making the good doctor stammer a bit and grit his teeth as it appears to have been hurt far more than a average creature's bite.
"Heh, looks like even the dwarf believes he's a fool just like the rest of you." The doctor smirks as he gets makes sure to lash out at Jerin.

The rapier you were stabbed with appears to have brought incredible pain, far more than a simple stab with the weapon normally. It feels almost like it was barbed, but it has no barbs on the blade.

Damn assumptions, though daze was still a touch attack. Instead he'll aim the attacks at Krenn then, reducing the damage to: 12 overall, but will make a 5ft step then if Jerin isn't blocking his way.
