If Game Master Tea allows it you could play one of your 1st levels.

Chances are it wouldn't disrupt the tier and with the adjustment you get for being out of subtier your character would still be effective.

For the upcoming PaizoCon, I'm able to sign up on Warhorn for PbP games for 1e games but not 2e or SF (both of which say "not permitted to sign up"), or at least some games. Some tables seem to be open and some not. Anyone have any idea why that is? Are these other tables due to open at a later date? Or is it perhaps a glitch in the system?

On closer examination, it looks like the tables that I haven't been able to join are Author tables. I had missed that they have a different deadline. Thanks for the clarification!

Venture-Captain Calisro Benarry has arranged for the PC's transport to the pirate haven of Port Peril to make contact with Free Captain Stella Fane and negotiate a contract with her, facilitating Society movements through the pirate blockades in the area. The job seems simple: track down the the pirate captain, secure the agreement, and then return to Absalom. But few things are simple when a den of villainous pirates is involved, and it's unlikely the PCs will be able to leave Port Peril without throwing a few punches in a proper pub brawl!

Violent clashes have recently broken out between the Ariserphia centaur tribe of the Kortos Mounts and the people of Dianne, a logging town in the eastern Immenwood. Answering the town’s call for help, the PCs must quickly discover the truth of the situation before it spirals out of control, with the fate of both settlements in their hands.

This adventure is designed for four PCs of 5th level. Players may use a 5th level pregenerated character, a 5th level Pathfinder Society-legal character, or a 5th level character created using the playtest rules found in the Pathfinder Society (Second Edition) Guide to Organized Play.

The heads of missing villagers from a small Irriseni village have started appearing on the edge of the Hoarwood Forest. Desperately needing to access the trees to survive Irrisen’s eternal winter, the people of the village seek adventurers to find the source of the murders and excise it from their land. Exactly who or what is responsible for the grim murders remains unknown, and it’s up to the PCs to track the murders back to their source and then venture into the Hoarwood to confront the threat.

Aloha! I haven't played PFS since 1e, can level 1 play a lvl3 adventure? I feel like with the numbers, it would be deadly.

If you're talking about the level 3 Bounty, the answer is no - the Level 3 Bounties must be played by level 3 characters.

However, there are Level 3 pregens that are available, and you can apply the credit to a Level 1 character if you'd like (or save the credit until you reach level 3).

Ah. Is anyone recruiting for a 1st level module, currently? I recently started getting into 2e and would like some short modules to get my feet wet...

I do not know about Tiger's games, but I have started doing a discord notification channel for my PBP games so that folks know when I post. I've found having a discord channel keeps up engagement and team building for my PBP parties that play on the Paizo forums.

Aeshuura, check your spam folder. They've been winding up there for a lot of folks lately. The Discord info isn't required, and it looks like it's set to be a PbP, so I think you're good on that front.

That's an idea. A lot of PbP games are also played on Discord, which is why the Discord handle is requested. Games fill much faster there as well.

I always ask for one in my PBP games, though I'm not nearly tech-savvy enough to even know how to set up a channel. I ask as a backup comms avenue in case the Paizo boards crash again, as happened a couple years ago during a PBP Gameday, and again recently during the Great Cookie Caper. I certainly wouldn't try transitioning an existing game into Discord in those kinds of cases, but it gives me a way to stay in touch with players in case they're unaware of what's going on.

When everyone had to clear all their Paizo cookies or they couldn't log in and didn't see updates on their Campaigns page. It was what, a year ago? Maybe less.

("Caper" maybe was not the right word, but I've been up for many hours crossing the Pacific.)
