Ellie decides closing distance will have to wait and desperately throws a javelin at the minotaur, using her forward momentum to get a bit of extra distance, hoping to at least garner its attention.

Max sees everyone's drop in morale as Janira's inspiration fades, and he starts up regailing the stories of how she, and other Pathfinder's before her, have helped pave the way for us today, with their bravery and courage. He starts shouting bits of advice as he brings inspiration back to the battle!
Since Janira appears to be out of danger of dying, now, Max uses his sensai advice ability to inspire courage as a bard.
He will also finish circling around the minotaur to get into position to flank him next round.
