The timelines shift a bit when the group is not together. If you plan to be at the tavern now, then you have about 2 hours.

Posting here so I don't delay pacing too much - Is the nationality of the man obvious? I can post in gameplay with rolls if needed, but will need to make at least a guess to know how Tholan responds.

It's hard to tell, but he has the skin tone of a sailor but lacks the mane of of a Thelkonlander, so Amerysi is still an assumption, but a safe bet. Also, his cloak is similar in color to an Amerysi naval great coat.

Remember, Iskandarr cast scrying and learned that the Amerysi were pulling out of Thelkon to refocus efforts against Erenon. The reasons were that Thelkon was taking too long and costing too much, and because they think they have a foothold on the former slave island. They intend to launch an assault on Veir next spring then conquer the country.

I'll let Tholan redo the action, or I can just apply his bluff skill to the diplomacy roll instead.
