Thus, we begin the battle of a lifetime.

I’m looking for at least a dozen (Plausibly more) of people interested in playing with magic items out of control, screwing around with their enemies, and lots of painful ways to kill your fellow man with artifacts long forgotten. In the arena of Brigh, you will have to survive rare artifacts,

Core Races only, unless you roll an item made for a specific race.

All Paizo, spheres of power stuff on it’s wiki, Path of War, Akashic Magic, and psionic material on the pfsrd is available for use.
Your character needs at least one sentence of their history before joining the game. Just to get you attached.
Roll for six artifacts, a wondrous item of each slot, two unslotted wondrous items, two rings, a set of armor, a rod, a shield, a stave, a weapon, a Iona Stone, one piece of entertainment, two pieces of mundane equipment, one alchemical weapon, tool, and remedy, a piece of clothing, and a kit, chosen by random die roll from this table. Roll twice for each item, or thrice if you get two items of a single type. Select your choice of item from the two or three you rolled.
Should you wish to roll for another item type, run it past me- We can probably swap it out with some other item.
How the Tournament works:
For the purpose of clearness, we'll refer to rounds in terms of brackets and encounters.
We begin with the survival test- Your character must be able to survive for one minute in a 50 x 50 x 30 room with his equipment for one minute. If your character dies in this encounter, reroll him.
Before each encounter, state three things about the arena you’re about to enter. When you enter the arena, the character with the lowest initiative’s facts about the arena take precedence, and then combat begins as normal.
First encounter will have four characters and a monster who I will not disclose, and other encounters will have other challenges than simply a monster. Last one standing wins, second one standing gets another chance in another encounter.
At the end of the encounter, the first survivor gets to chose from the first deads items. The second survivor gets to choose from the second individual who died's items.

Feats. Lots of them- Path of War provides some solid options, as does Psionics, which can grant you some manifesting for feats. Same with Spheres of Power. Akashic Magic can even give you some vielweaving.

I... Honestly didn't think of it like that. I'm kinda inclined to say that you need to take Mythic Companion, but there are a ton of mythic items...
If you possess a mythic item, you may spend a trait to treat yourself as Mythic, with enough mythic power to use your mythic items once each.Eh, I'll say that you can, instead of gaining proficiency in a simple weapon, you can select any weapon. Armor Proficiency I'll grant for free.

Could they be used to buff before the fight, or do they teleport onto the battlefield with you, or something like that?

Armor and body slot items can be worn at the same time, yeah.
As for static items, you will appear within five feet from each of the items, or within the item if it is a location, like your forge.Two errors in the table; it's 'Wrist' and 'Ioun Stones'. Yes, you are proficient in shields if you roll a shield.

So... Items that require you be a specific class for their functions to work. Do we just not get to use those functions, or do we get special dispensation like the mythic stuff?
Ah, right, lots of class specific stuff. If your magic item has no functionality unless your a specific class, spend a trait to be considered that class. If it has a secondary effect based on class, use Variant Multiclassing. Otherwise, you get nothing.

Q1: If the only class we can play is commoner NPC class. Why did you list other Plat stuff like spheres of power? Is that if we want to change Item roll tables? because psionic material, you need to have a feat or two, to use psionic items. [??]
Q2: The commoner is proficient with one simple weapon. He is not proficient with any other weapons, nor is he proficient with any type of armor or shield. [I take it we are proficient in items you roll?]
Q2: The commoner's class skills (and the key ability for each skill) are Climb (Str), Craft (Int), Handle Animal (Cha), Perception (Wis), Profession (Wis), Ride (Dex), and Swim (Str). [There is no Use Magic item as a class skill., Use a feat to get it? /or auto get it as we have items that need it, like we are proficient in weapons?]
Think elf myself, wood shield and Armor + Shameman stiff, may have to re-pick a few items, depending on what the GM says to the above.

I can help with some of that at least, GM has already answered a few of them.
Q1: He said that the extra material is for feats and traits and stuff only. We could pick up a few maneuvers with our 3-4 feats, or a little bit of spherecasting. That sort of thing. There's also some generally useful feats in there, like Deadly Agility from path of war, or those Psionic Strike feats. Might be worth a look.
Q2: He said we get any 1 single weapon proficiency, instead of the standard any 1 simple weapon proficiency. Martial, Exotic, Simple, it don't matter.
Also, we get all armor and shield proficiencies for free.
Q3: Hasn't been adressed. I'd imagine we get what we get, and could make UMD a class skill with a trait, if we want. Fey Thoughts is useful for that, depending on race, but let's see what Vagabond says.

@Duplicate Artifacts: Shuold you roll the same artifact as someone else, you just have a duplicate of that artifact.
@Rolling Same Artifact Once: Should you roll the same artifact twice in a roll, you don't re-roll. You can choose the same artifact twice, or not.
@Proficiency: You are proficient in items you roll for.
@Why Other Matreials: More options for feats. And some traits, too.
@UMD Class Skill: Spend a trait to get it as a class skill.
