It's actually a non-fiction, self-help weight loss guide. It's a realistic, detailed 28 day plan covering specific nutrition, exercise, recipes and it focuses on how to sustain the results. In essence, I show how it is possible to eat frozen treats (my weakness) 4 times a week and still lose 2 pounds a week. This is exactly what I did.
Of course, my biased opinion is the initial work-up of the eCover looks fantastic. I'm in the midst of my second hard edit and I've contacted a professional editor to review the final draft. It'll only be available through Amazon, since I'm self publishing it.

I'm currently about 15 lbs. away from the weight I was when I was a high school senior, but this has only been after 40+ lbs. of previous weight loss. My goal is to shed those last fifteen pounds, but if I lose thirty I'd be cutting my BF% in half, which could mean the possibility of abs...I've never had visible abs, but I gather I'd like that.
Had a big diabetes scare since it runs in my family, but the blood work confirmed my blood sugar's perfectly healthy. Still, my weight loss has plateaued for nearly a month now, so if you have any tips, I'm all ears. :)

An FYI, I'm pushing to get revision done on my ebook, so I can get it to the editor by Sunday. So I may be spotty.
Posting will be light, work's a bear again - for DMPC'ing priority in combat is to allow others to flank, then to do as much damage as possible.
Remember people flanking with me get +4 to attack instead of the normal +2, and I get an AoO even after a five-foot step away from me.
Also, damage is 2d6 + 21 with Power Attack for shield, 1d4 + 15 with Power Attack for Kukri, and if both hit an additional 1d10 + 9 is rolled.
I will try to pop in tonight for a mental break, but I've been busy wrapping up some edits on the book. Next stop the editor tomorrow.
