I believe it is Faelyn shifts everyone out(Make sure to close the door so the smoke is contained) then we shatter the portcullis. We do need to deal with the fire though.
Perhaps Ziz could turn invisible and shut the door(immune to fire he is yes) and then we turn the trap around on them(Gust of wind to blow the smoke over them)
I no longer have Resist Fire up so that is a problem.

Once everyone is shifted out, we shatter the portcullis and back up to the entrance room. Ziz opens the door to where they are hiding and flies back to us or a side room.
Since we will have a straight line to them, we fire a Sunburst into their room and then charge in.

you did get a 2. By the way we play nat 1 is a potential fumble of the weapon or snapping of the bow string. If you roll it you make a DEX check and add your ability modifier to see if you fumble. Unsuccessful = fumble of a melee weapon, snap a bow/cross bow string or drop a thrown weapon.

But are you doing longsword 2-handed? Damage is +3 str, +2 magic, +2 fave enemy? +7?
Don't forget Inspire Courage +2 to hit and damage.
Blessing of Fervor grants an extra attack as well if you full attack
I'm not used to so many buffs... Inspire Courage should also multiply with Crits.
Best to set up a combat profile like I have been doing. Show your current HP/Spells/Saves and buffs/debuffs.

Would combine Awesomely with a CRUEL weapon. Though that would be hard to get since it is a Hobgoblin racial enchant.
Not sure if that means it only works for Hobs or the weapon needs to be crafted by one.

It was only a party of three Massumi, Kirciro and Hajime. So I cute out a few encounters and eliminated the stirge and some of the shaft climbing to cut the time down.
We may be going on 6 weeks but the posting is a lot slower than real time. You guys are pretty darn close to being done depending on the post rate.
Gerard how is the pace for you? We tend to average 50 to 80 a day.

Gerard you should put a spoiler on your profile in case you need to be DMPC'd. Unless I'm really familiar with DMPC'ing I'll probably take the easiest attack available. I DMPC John, Orsin and Faelyn a bit, so tend to know what they would do.
