Sorry about that delay, Ive had quite the day, Without further ado, I have decided to go with the drawback Power Hungry. Because all things said and done, His plans for goblin dictatorship into eventually empereror hood probably lead that direction.
Yes all silly little things get your torches get your choppas and squishas.... soon soon your actions with my ....ever so helpful guidance and intellect and the world will tremble at goblin might!
The smallish goblin with the small mouth begans to laugh evilly while drumming his fingers together.

chewing chewing chewing, chewing all the day
feet ankle shin calf knee or thigh
from dwarf orc human gnome halfling elf or fey
those all flavors make me feel high
already have a bunch of exquisite meat?
seize an abbey raid a farm or torch a town
so you can have some more to eat:
fancy villagers silly farmers or monk in gown
just remember what to never have to eat
all the things that are green are to strife
no goblins veggies or orcs but frogs are neat
so thats is the nice goblin way of life
Purseater knows, knows, not a war song only lullaby, but only one me knows

Actually, according to the document, you can set houserules with AP's and can still assign it to PFS characters. As long as you do certain encounters/dungeons. I think it just depends on the GM if he's willing to fill stuff in.

This is the one for S&S but the first text explains the rules for assigning. Don't think it has a problem with homerules.

While this is one of the sanctioned APs, I'm choosing not to give out Chronicle sheets due to the many changes I've made. I think, for PFS purposes, it's better to play through the AP mostly as-written.
Re: posting requirements - I'll discuss it with the chosen party and come up with something acceptable for everyone. After all, people have jobs/other RL responsibilities and are probably in different time zones.

Bogsy Ballbuster |

Please read the rules as written. You don't have to play it with a PFS legal character (including higher pb etc), as long as you assign it to a PFS legal character.

On page 1 last section.
"Alternatively, if you are participating in the Rise of
the Runelords Adventure Path with an ongoing group
undertaking the entire, six-chapter campaign, you may
receive credit for playing the sanctioned portions of the
adventure as if you had played a pregenerated character.
In this case, GMs running the Adventure Path are not
bound to the rules of the Pathfinder Society Organized
Play campaign (such as 20-point buy, unavailability of
hero points, etc.) when running the campaign or the
sanctioned portion of the adventure."

Yeah, I have run or played in at least 2 AP games that didn't follow PFS rules but we still got a chronicle to apply to one of our characters. I am happy to play without credit as well because I have actually only GMed this AP and the goblin concept intrigues me but as Bogsy noted PFS credit would be an added benefit if selected :)

Or, "tonight" can mean right now. ;-)
This was an excruciatingly difficult decision. At one point, I had 5 equally-good submissions and only 1 slot left. I was THIS close to just rolling a die, but in the end, I made the final decision based on party balance. Thanks to everyone who showed interest; I feel terrible that I couldn't choose everyone. If my schedule opens up enough that I can run another campaign, you'll be the first people I contact.
In the end, I'm going with the following 8 characters (in no particular order):
Brother Tochack – Dawnflower Dervish Bard
Doesn’t Play Well With Others – Evoker
Auntie Targa – Gravewalker Witch
Teefee – Druid (Giant Wasp)
Stickymitts – future Rage Prophet
Makena Sootscale – Lotus Geisha Bard
Puseater of the Licktoad – Scout Rogue
Laszlo ‘Lasz’ – Zen Archer
