Well then just across this nice sturdy bridge and we will be there. Listen up my faithfully good Gobs, I dont trust these thistletoppers, they probably have our friends in a jail or something or worse. If you see anything anything strange you call it out.
He said sounding self important. He hoped the leader of this goblin tribe was much like theirs... but that would remain to be seen. He began to cross the bridge.

Perception: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (14) + 9 = 23
I don't like bridges, sturdy or not. Sticky complains. There only be two ways to run!
He makes no comment on the integrity of the bridge. It was plenty sturdy for then.

Your Benevolent Dictator |

The stockade is made of thick wood. Closer inspection reveals that most of the wood seems to be scavenged from ships - a few nameplates remain affixed to some of the beams, while other timbers look like they might have once been mast. The front doors hang slightly ajar, and to one side of the entrance, you see four Goblins and their dogs. One of them holds a seagull tied to a long string, and the others are trying to pelt it with rocks. They appear to be playing "killgull." They don't appear to have noticed you.
Updated map in my profile, but I haven't added your avatars yet. Whatcha gonna do? :-)

Brother Tochack |

Tochack turns to the party "Hey, do we try seeing if we can talk first, yes? Thistle gobbo we met in tunnel didn't stab us first, and didn't stab us after we tell him we be Licktoads. Maybe we can talk with them and ask what is going on and where Auntie and Laz are, yes?" the grey gobbo asks, hoping to avoid unnecessary gobbo-bloodshed.

Does not play well with others |

He rolled his eyes at the good natured gobbo Brother Tochak. He probably would have enjoyed being a pet at that mages tower even. With a scowl he made a shooing forward motion to the god touched gob... while reaching into his belt pouch for one of his scrolls... of sleep.

Stickymitts |

You goes and talks if yous wants. I stay hidden here, just in case.

Brother Tochack |

Talkiness first, then? What about I go forward, shout so tehy hear me, and give my Diplomacy spiel?

Stickymitts |

As against my goblin instincts as it is, ya.

Stickymitts |

That's right! Good thinking, Brains. :)
Perception, where is all the shiney stuff?: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (12) + 8 = 20

Brother Tochack |

Tochack nods to the others, stow his scimitar, and walks closer to Thistletop's gates.
"Thistletop gobbos!" the grey goblin shouts, trying to get catch the goblin's attention "We Licktoad gobbos, we mean no harm! Two of us were supposed to get here to Thistletop, but they no came back. Have you seen them?"
Diplomacy: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (10) + 8 = 18
Crap.

Someone who isn't looking greedily at that bird assist him, quick!

does it take a full round to cast from a scroll? i dont play casters often. And I had sort of pulled it out and naw why hide it, reading is bad anyhow right? How familiar might they be with the arcane. I suppose if you want a bluff roll to just seem mad thats okay too.

Three Goblins, the seagull, and one of the dogs slump over and begin to snore. The one awake Goblin gapes in confusion as the two closest dogs begin to fight over the seagull.
What do you do?

I will ask this once because I am a very busy Gob.... that and I'm afraid what those imbeciles back home will do to my Glassworks if I am away too long. Our friends who arrived here. Where are they?

He ran through C9 correct?
Stupid Thistletop gobs, everyone get ready, Pus, sticky see to the sleepy gobs, dont want them waking up behind us when the screaming war party arrives.
He began moving to the side of doors sort of hiding himself in the undergrowth mentally preparing himself to give them a nice fiery suprise shoudl they open the door and their intent was ill.

Stickymitts |

Sticky sees to those gobs alright! He starts looting the bodies and stashing their coin in various hidden pockets.

Stickymitts |

Sticky shoves his loot in his bag, grinning like a mad him the whole time.

Puseater of the Licktoad |

Pus watches with his big eyes wide open how sticky does the hard work, but his mind is out of the scene.
Why so much mystery for them to say if the other Licktoads where here or not?

Stickymitts |

Sticky hooks his bag for a long moment as the others stare at each other. Finally he gives up and opens the door the other gob had fled through.

Your Benevolent Dictator |

Four Goblins appear at the tops of the guard towers (two on each) and look at you in confusion. Inside, the fort, you can see the floor is made of hard-packed soil, and a number of preserved dog and horse heads are hanging on the walls. There's also a pair of large black-feathered wings tacked to another wall with daggers.

Stickymitts |

Sticky darts into the building to avoid the gobs on the towers. He appreciates the decor. Very tasteful.

not to be split up the smartest goblin this side of the worldwound darted in after him panting.
not so fast sticky! I dont run as fast as you... Oh! feathers!
He said sliding torwards them. He might be able to make use of them for magical foci, or.. maybe he could make a fine hat with so many large nice feathers... it remained to be seen but he wanted them.

"Sticky! Watch out, it dangerous to rush in alone!" the grey goblin worriedly says as he follows the kleptogobbo. However, worried about the follower of the Tienshanks, he doesn't do a very good job of being sneaky or attentive in case enemies were lurking nearby.

Your Benevolent Dictator |

YAY! Everyone posted! Remember, the more frequently everyone posts, the faster I can move things along. :-)
Plays notices that one of the daggers on the wall is VERY nice. It has a pearl handle and isn't chipped like the others (it's worth 100gp). Everyone else quickly runs for cover as one of the eastern doors opens, and a small horde of Thistletoppers comes charging out. "Where be the intruders?!?"

Brother Tochack |

Tochack opens and closes his mouth, speechless. He had really no idea how they got into that situation: he tried to be diplomatical like Fire-Hair said, but they didn't even respond and half a second after that they dropped asleep.
"Eeeep..." is teh only thing the grey gobbo manages to say.

Poor as it was, your bluff may still have worked except for one factor - the Goblins are being led by the remaining sentry from outside. He points at you and screams, "That be them!" His squadmates quickly draw their weapons.
We're operating in combat rounds now.

Teinshaks save us! Sitcky gulps in a near panic. Fortunately, it sounds much more confident than he feels.
Accidentally cast Bless

Brother Tochack |

"Me just wanted to say that we didn't want for things to end like this!" the Sarenite tentatively apologizes. He starts to spin, casting a spell that covers the first portion of the corridor in a slippery substance.
Standard Action: Grease, DC 13 or fall
Move Actions: Starts Battle dance. 12/13 Rounds remaining.

Your Benevolent Dictator |

Puseater and Plays stand around in confusion as the Thistletoppers charge you. Tochack's spell proves incredibly effective, however, as the first three Goblins to enter the area fall to the ground. The rest are severely slowed, and only one closer into melee range. He draws him dogslicer.
New Round. grease is marked on the map. Prone Goblins are also indicated.

Brother Tochack |

Without much choice, Tochack charges the hostile gobbos. With a quick jab of his scimitar, he attacks the goblin standing next to Sticky.
Free Action: Maintain Battle Dance, 11/13 rounds remaining.
Full Round Action: Charge, hit the goblin still on his feet

Puseater and Tochack slice through a pair of Goblins, and Plays' gout of fire causes widespread destruction among the rest. The remaining three Thistletoppers charge forward. One slips on the grease and faceplants, but the other two manage to wound Tochack and Plays (each of you takes 3pts damage).
