OK. I will have one of the DMPC's push us forward and introduce our new Player tonight when I get home from work.
This part of the adventure is tough just for that reason but things will crystalize a bit after this night giving you more direction as to what to pursue next.

When Khalid checks in I will move the combat along, Thanksgiving Holidays so tings are a bot slow.
Failing Fear is less devastating than failing Horror checks.
To speed things up I think I am going to institute a 72 hour posting rule. If you do not post in 72 hours, I will DMPC you in combat or simply move along with the scene in a non-combat scenario.
I think this will help the posting rate and increase thread interest in general.

Sorry about that Korgan. This is the first real combat of the campaign so let's set a standard now.
All PC's may act in any order before the NPC's act. You may want to hold an action to await a comrade if so, then just post that OOC as part of your action. Based on how slow we have been moving I wanted to keep the thread moving along and I thought a hold would make sense for your Character as you are not 100% sure what is going on anyway.
I will reset the Initiative list to make the above rules more clear.

Seeing everybody listed sequentially made me think you were doing it differently. I'll go ahead and post an action for this turn, then. :)

This Module has some time to go as we are still in the middle of Act I.
Once we finish, does this group want to further explore Ravenloft 5E? I have a number of modules from the setting.

At this point the trail for the Killer has gone cold, I posed the questions by the Constables to get the wheels turning on in game discussion.
I think the next question is do you assume you have thwarted the killer for the night and head to the pub to await Wyatt or continues to walk the streets looking for the killer?
