[5E] DM Critic’s Happy Holiday Tomb of Horrors Bash (Inactive)

Game Master TPJ

In the far reaches of the world, under a lost and lonely hill, lies the sinister Tomb of Horrors. This labyrinthine crypt is filled with terrible traps, strange and ferocious monsters, rich and magical treasures, and somewhere within rests the evil Demi-Lich.

Hi guys. Sorry, I've had varying degrees of business the last week. I'm also at an impasse on this game, because honestly I'm not really having much fun running it. This seems to be another one that's not really good for PbP.

I've got Tales from the Yawning Portal on pre-order from Amazon, so it'll be dropping in my lap on the 4th. Either we can pause till then and I'll see if WotC's 5E conversion can kick some new life into this, or we call this a TPK, DM included.

Male Half Elven Paladin 13 HP: 108/108 | AC: 21 | Init +0 | Passive Perception +1 | Auras of Courage, Devotion, and Protection: +5 to all saves, immune to fear and charm within 30'

I'd vote TPK.
Puzzle games in a PBP can be really hard because it involves a lot of back and forth with the DM and players. That slows down progression and PBP need progression to keep everyone motivated. We've lost 2 players already as well, which never helps anything.

Dwarf Barbarian 1/Cleric 13

Much as I hate to say it cause I enjoy my character, I have to agree.

Gnomish Wizard 12 (100,000 XP); AC15, HP74/74 per.11 | 12/12 HD, 6/6 Recovery | Spells:4/4 1st, 2/3 2nd, 2/3 3rd, 2/3 4th, 2/2 5th, 0/1 6th | mage armor, nondetection ~6.8 hours

Yeah, I can tell it was built on feedback back and forth for a tournament setting.

Any chance you can change this to inactive?
