I'm curious if there are any quick/easy and uncommon ways to boost AC or will saves and I need all will, not certain types.
I have armor, shield, natural, and enhancement to natural for AC and of course ring but that's slow and the dodge feat and armor focus and shield focus.
Will saves I have Half orc, sacred tattoo, +1 from trait, and iron will, heroism, and wisdom headband, cloak of resist. Obviously levels in classes with a strong save too and paladin.

Three levels of Phalanx Soldier, Fighter archetype. Shield Focus and Power Attack, use something with reach.
Two levels of Paladin, any archetype that doesn't give up Divine Grace.
Scaled Fist Monk after that. Pick up Unhindering Shield at level 6 or 7, depending if you use UnChained or not. But you probably want to go with the standard monk for the Will saves. Grab Upsetting Shield Style as a monk to shield bash with a buckler, and keep using a reach weapon.
Probably find some natural armor via Eldritch Heritage feats since you will have the charisma to qualify for them.
That gives you charisma to saves, charisma and dexterity to AC, and a buckler with shield focus even though you are a monk.
You could stay monk or revisit any of the other classes you have taken along the way to gain extra benefits associated with each of them. Or just dip scaled fist monk for the charisma to AC, and go for Eldritch Scrapper Sorcerer for Martial Flexibility or Bloodrager, either way blah blah blah Dragon Disciple...
One level of Swashbuckler for a charisma based panache pool and access to parry and repose. As well as dex to attack with your one handed longspear via phalanx soldier. If you want to go with the Dex fighter route.

I believe Competence bonus to saves is rather atypical, right?
Cracked: This stone grants a +1 competence bonus on attack rolls or saving throws. Price: 4,000 gp.
Cheaper than buying the +3->+4 upgrade of the cloak.

Sphere-song concoction, for a +1 alchemical bonus to Will for 1 hour. Comes with an initiative penalty. If you weren't looking for all will, I'd recommend the Meditation Tea instead.

dusty rose ioun stone nets a +1 insight bonus to AC.
Pre-errata Jingasa of the fortunate soldier for luck bonus to AC.

Take the feat Monsterous Cohort, or just Leadership. Get an Emporor Kirin of the appropriate level for your Paladin. The Kirin can get spells from the Sorcerer and Cleric list. Take whatever buffs you think will work best. You also have a rather powerful flying mount that will continue to grow in level as you do.

Right ioun stones, forgot to check there. And that's a cool concoction.
I'm in a home game and we're committed to playing really bad archetypes. Like rageshifter, ragechemist and hulk vigilante. My draw was the ragechemist.
So the goal is to see how to boost AC and Will saves to avoid needing to make will saves and to pass the will saves that I do need to make.

If you already have sacred tatoo, and you're looking to optimize, swap out the +1 save from your trait and grab the fate's favored trait. Then watch all of your luck bonuses increase by 1. That stone of good luck just doubled in effectiveness, as well as sacred tattoo, and spells such as Divine Favor and Power.
If your DM permits custom items, you can also find ways to buy or craft items that grant "luck bonuses" to just about everything.
Will saves specifically will benefit more from a cape of free will rather than a cloak of resistance, though it is not as cost efficient.
The sacred shield paladin archetype's smite ability is called bastion of good, which grants a deflection bonus=CHA mod and halves damage done to nearby allies. Not as good as smite, but if you have high Charisma, then it can basically make you un-hitable

Depending on your level, you can get a Cloak of Resistance +x, and get Iron Will, and Improved Iron Will. Improved Iron Will for a reroll every day on Will Saves might be kind of annoying to your GM, at least until the point that he gets fed up with targeting you with Will save spells. You could probably retrain Improved Iron Will later once your Will Save is shored up properly, and then take the feat that you really wanted to get.
Incandescent Blue Sphere can give you a +2 Wisdom for 8,000, but you might be better off with going Headband of Wisdom, or Mental Perfection (if you're high enough level).
Pale Green Prism (original) gives +1 competence bonus to saves, and you can get a Flawed Pale Green Prism for an additional +1 morale on saves. Total cost would be 58,000gp tho.
Amber Spindle (Ioun Stone) can stack up to +5 resistance bonus to your saves if you want to have something else for your shoulder slot. And they're cheap too, like cheapy cheap. 10,000gp per stone.
