[PFS] "Early Society" (seasons 0 / 1) Campaign - check for interest

Hi - I'm thinking of running the "Early Society" campaign from this post as a PbP campaign. I haven't GM'd PFS before so this is a bit of a leap in the dark.

To summarise, it's a campaign made up of PFS season 0/1 scenarios.

Looking to check interest at this point. Could do Core or Regular (or even both at separate tables, depending on interest level).

I'm interested, and have not played any of the adventures listed for that campaign. I assume that we would be starting out with brand new level 1 characters?

I would be interested, but only in CORE format. I've played quite a few of those with normal play. Seeing as Core was the only thing around back then it kinda fits though right? lol..

I am interested. I have a level 2 rouge and a level 2 warpriest as well as lvl 1 hunter. I have a CORE sorcerer 1 level and a CORE cleric of Sheyln lvl 2.

@mbauers: I'm thinking of running CORE first so that more experienced players can join - I assume you've not run characters through these scenarios in CORE?

True, I haven't, but I don't really have any interest to play Core. I prefer more options to fewer :-)

Quite likely. I've done almost all of season 0, at least all the 1-5s, but the higher level ones I'm very keen to do. I am slowly working my way through GMing season 0 as well, so would be more than happy to chime in with GMing a few as well.

That said, I've GMed a few already, so I'd not necessarily be able to do all.

OK, I will kick off in CORE initially and set up a separate recruitment thread later this evening - I'll post it here. I'll have a mechanism to allow players to drop out/wait-list where we come up against PFS replay restrictions.

I may run the same thing in standard subsequently - I'm sure a bunch of players coming in on the humble bundle package won't have played these scenarios - but I'd rather kick off with some more experienced players so I can figure out the nuances of running PFS on PbP.

What is the difference between regular Pathfinder and Core?

Is is just CRB, the guide to PFS and the trait web enhancement. Plus items you get on chronicles. So no class archetypes, no new classes, no new races, no racial ARTs, no new spells. A simpler, and harder, game.

I have played a few in classic mode. Don't think I really want to start another core character. However, I do have a core do have a core barbarian that only has 2 xp. Or I could run a classic character and drop out (or play for zero credit) the few I have done already.

Yes. Just setting up recruitment as separate thread now. BTW if this works I may run through some of the other campaigns on the thread I quoted on the first post.
