This will be a Pathfinder Society legal play by post game using the paizo.com forums and roll20.net for mapping. This means you need a Pathfinder Society legal character, if you are unfamiliar with these guidelines please download the Guide to Pathfinder Society Organized Play. A Pathfinder Society Scenario designed for 1st to 7th level characters (Tiers: 1–2, 3–4, and 6–7).
You are sent to Aspis Consortium-infested Bloodcove to gather supplies for a nearly doomed Pathfinder mission nearby. Disguised as ordinary merchants, you have little time to gather what you need and get out before the Consortium discovers and destroys you.
The Bloodcove Disguise is the first scenario in the two-part Before the Dawn campaign arc. Pathfinder Society Scenario #2-02: Before the Dawn—Part II: Rescue at Azlant Ridge is the sequel.
This scenario can play at 3 different sub-tiers (1-2, 3-4 or 6-7) I will start the sub-tier that musters first with 5 seats. Before claiming a 'virtual' seat at the table, please ensure that the character posted to your profile is up to date. I also plan to run Part II after we finish Part I, and will give preferential seating in Part II for players from Part I. This is my first time running a PBP via roll20.net, but I expect things to be fairly smooth. I would like players who can post at least one time a day, and give me a heads up if you are going to be unable to post for a few days (going out of town, etc etc).

Psyblade thanks for the response, but the character on your profile doesn't actually appear to be PFS Legal at the moment. After reviewing the Guide to Pathfinder Society Organized Play you can create a version of your character inline with those guidelines and I'd be happy to put you in a tier 1-2 seat. Thanks!

Mark, this is my forum post ;) I have 2 PFS chars Kor'sarro Khan (Divine Hunter) and Decado (2-weapon fighter)

@Sven: Let me know when you've posted a PFS legal character to your that profile. What you have currently has spent like 36 points (out of 20) in your point buy...:)
@Psyblade your point buy looks like 17 out of 20 excluding your racial. I see you are using Hero Lab, do you have the PFS rules checked for that portfolio? Throw the .por file up on your website and I can just download that for review :)
@Teranti, can you update your posted character please? Listed as level 3 and you seem a bit under equipped? Not including your level 4 bump, your attributes seem off (15 points spent out of 20). Thanks!

@Kerrith - this is a play by post, so it's on going all the time. We'll just be using roll20 for map movement etc. Not planning to just run this online for 4-5 hours and be done, sorry for any confusion. :)

I'd love to get a 1st level PFS character in this game, but I'm in an airport and can't link the file now. Humbly requesting a spot anyway if you go Tier 1 and can wait to see the PC.
Any preference on what is needed to round out a good party? I have several pre-built.

@DM DoctorEvil - I can do that. Right now at the 1-2 table it looks like a Paladin, a Cavalier and a Fighter so...any non-melee build you are sitting on would probably help them out :)
@Teranti - ok so I'm not loosing my mind :) With my post getting eaten I was thinking maybe I was just confused. Right now it's looking like it might break sub-tier 1-2 already but I've got you on the 3-4 list.
So when are these games gonna be and will you have a link to the roll20 session

I've never done an oonline pfs game before. Can you explain how i should link my char so u can see he's legal?

@Seth86 - I'll try to make this as click by click as I can :)
- Go to 'My Account'
- Under the 'Pathfinder Society' section click Make Changes
- Click on 'Register a new character'
- Fill in that. My suggestion is to leave most of the Form Boxes empty and just put all your character sheet text into the 'Description' box. You can dump your output from HeroLab there for example. You can/should also pick an avatar for your character, there are lots to choose from.
- Submit changes
- Come back to this thread and post a message/reply.
- Notice you should have a 'Post As' dropbox under the message entry area, to the left of the 'Preview', 'Cancel' and 'Submit Post' buttons. You should have the newly registered character name there as a 'Post As' choice.
- Submit your post under that character name.
- Win my love and approval. j/j :)

@Seth86 - Sounds like you've been playing face to face games though, what level character do you have?
@Batah - I always have room for a cleric of Sarenrae at my table :) Yes, that could actually fill the 5th seat, so pending validation of the other two characters we could get started!
@Teranti - have a look at some of the other characters that are not in pending and you should get the idea of the details I'm looking for.

- It looks like you've been playing a 15 point built not 20. You'll need to spend those 5 points.
- You do not seem to meet the prerequisites for the Rapid Shot feat.
- You do not have 2 traits.
- Your Composite Longbow doesn't list a STR rating so I'm wondering if you stated/paid for the right one?

Besides, with the Aspis already on the lookout for Pathfinder activity in Bloodcove, the more certainly will not mean the merrier."
Rangers dont need prerequisites for that feat if they chose the archery path. I a feat at 1st and 3rd level, ranger gets a bonus feat at 2 based on their combat style and half elves choose a skill focus feat.

Its fine. also my char is saving up money for something rp related so thats why he doesnt have too good equipment.

@Pacho73 - Update your profile for Nightwolf (see above for examples) and I can get you into the mix for the sub-tier 1-2 as an alternate.
The Master of Spells looks at you, squinting his eyes as he withdraws a wand holding it out for you. "By all means Pathfinder Bolthune, impress me."
My stats are currently 19 (17+2), 14, 13, 10, 13, 7
17=13
14=5
13=3
10=0
13=3
7=-4
that gives us a total of 20

@Teranti - your stats are fine now, thanks. You are still missing two traits.
@Nightwolf - character looks good. Each character 'in-play' is locked into that scenario for the duration, weather that is a face-to-face game or an online game or a pbp game. One of the upsides of a face-to-face game is that 'in-play' time is only 4-5 hours. :) Any character involved in some form of online play is also 'in-play' for the duration of that game. So if you were planning to play Nightwolf next weekend at a local game day but you started playing in a pbp you'd be without a character, if you follow. There is nothing stopping you from playing multiple characters in multiple pbp games and mixing and matching local store games etc so long as the character isn't already in-play somewhere else.
This may be a good clarification for several of you in this tread who are new to play by post/online play. This character will be in-play in this scenario for several weeks, which means you would not be able to play them in any other game for the duration.
