Love Ashton Sperry's style

Subject line says it all. His paper minis look great on the table, and they manage to accurately portray the characters/monsters while retaining a pleasing whimsicality. It's fun to use them, basically, and they get the job done with flair.

Now if he'd just finish the Rune Giant before my party reaches the Spires of Xin-Shalast...

Goblins in a pinch

I like the paper minis. They are a fast inexpensive way to put some visuals in your game without spending a fortune. That being said, this set was a tiny let down. I like the goblin illustrations in the module, but these are not as good. The goblin on the product cover is one of the best in the set, and they look just like him.

I enjoy the playfulness of the set, but the colors where a little off putting.

Awesome!

While my laser printer does not print color, The cardstock grayscale images came out perfect. Adding a few color washes of thinned acrylic paints added the colors without covering the printed details.

A thinned silver wash added a metallic gleam to the weapons, while a thinned bronze wash added light-catching sparks to the torch flames.

The gamers at my table had no problems playing with a mix of metal and paper minis!

Goblins! Goblins! Goblins!

Ok, I'm a bit biased, because I love Paper minis. After collecting metal and plastic minis (over 10,000 of them) for more than 30 years, I'm moving back into paper and these are a great value and they look great.

These really capture the feel of a Golarion Goblin: funny but vicious. And you get enough to run a good encounter. (As I've mentioned before, I print at least 2 sets, one at letter size and one at Executive size - slightly smaller - to get easily identifyable differneces in the sets.)

And they worked great! (I actually need 4 warchanters becaue we have a 6 man party and i've beefed up the encouters for that. And now with Crystal's Mounted Ripnugget, we used the smaller king as the druid...)

And for mounting the goblins on the dogs, if you print 2 sets like I mentioned (I assemble them aframe style) the larger model slides into the smaller, so you can slide a slightly smaller dog into the goblin for a mounted attack!

And for the price! Great value.

There is a link further down for those of you who want to see them in action...

These little morons rock!

It was great to put these lil guys on the table for RothRL...sure I could have used my regular WH gobbos, but these were much sweeter.

only wish there was a mounted commando on his goblin dog, and a a few more regular goblins, I made two sets for my game, but who needs 2 goblin kings or 4 war chanters?

Excellent product and value!

Wonderful idea and well implemented! The art is great, they are easy to assemble and if you need more, you can always print more up. I really hope that Paizo continues this line of products!!!

You need these little psychos!

Awesome set based on the revised, pathfinderized look for goblins.

Basic torch-wielding goblins are so funny that you'll want to print at least two copies of them, as they make up a very good looking bunch of the classical menacing, psychotic critters.

Art is crisp, detailed, and shows great consistency both with other sets relative size, and with the art you'll see in PF products.

If you're about to run RotRL, this is a must have. In any other case, this is a must have. :)
