Kitty scans the cafeteria and sits next to Vai.
"Hello, Vai. Hello, new people. Hello, not new people I don't know very well," she said cheerfully. "I hope you don't mind if I join you."
She put her hand on the door against her better judgement, and an impulse made her enter the room. She glanced around, seeing the portrait on the wall. It was of creatures and beings that she recognized, and some she had never even heard of in her 118 years of life. It took her a moment, but she could hear the sound of what seemed like a page being turned. Her eyes flashed over to where the sound originated and saw an elf similar to her sitting at a desk, reading.
"I'm sorry to disturb you. I didn't know anyone was in here," she said to him, not realizing that she was speaking in HIS native tongue, thus was her curse of being an oracle.
"Oh it's ok. You must be one of the new arrivals. I am Salis the Magical theory professor." At first he didn't even realize what she was speaking. "Wait that was the language of my people. No body speaks that here. How do you know that language?" His face is full of confusion.
Raelle laughed. "Oh, you've heard of them. Yeah, they're really popular with the younger firebirds. They're pretty awesome, honestly. They'll be playing tonight during the welcome concert, so you'll get a chance to hear FAIN live."
The rumors surround Fieri were gone from Ardiente's mind. He was ecstatic. FAIN was so much more fun than the music the adults preferred! It had more drama, more flair! "Can I... I can meet her right Raelle?"

he is not mocking him he is merely trying to learn how to fish like cat people do.
first he gets a reed like Ty did but instead of water he used his air bending to retrieve it.
he then trys to cast a line like him but instead ends up missing the lake completely. the hook getting stuck in the ground behind him.

"Sure, so long as you make sure that they know that stealing my food may run the risk of becoming rather smoked in return, and trying to sneak past me is an exercise in futility," he holds the squirrel with his hand directly underneath their jaw and covering the arms keeping them from biting or scratching, sending brief jolts of fire down his hand if they struggle unduly holding the squirrel out to her but not releasing until she responds to his statement

he then sees that he has begun melting his foot, and says: "SORRY! i lost focus! I hope that didn't hurt you too badly.

Dave Star will use a bit of time to pop and action in 1st before you let the thing go, we can do it with roles but she will win. best we do it at the same time, as you open your hand star winks in and out taking the little animal back to Kittys side.
