I had a AM crunchwrap from Taco Bell before class. I regret it only a little.

Banana-blueberry smoothie this morning, exercise, then a salad, veggieburger w/onion rings and bbq sauce and tater tots to make it "junky."

I tend to make curries or tikka masala and just toss a lot of veggies in there with tofu or soy chicken. Serve it on brown rice or quinoa. Cheap and easy to reheat later. My BMI is in the healthy range, now.

I'm also a much better cook these days. Love it!

If it wasn't for coffee on days like today I would be in serious trouble (was up late playing WoW and then had to get up early for work).

I think so too. It survived past Windows Vista and 7 and the initial 8.

Not to open a different can of worms, but why not get a Mac instead? They are rather reliable, somewhat intuitive (though you will need to unlearn a few windows habits) and hard to break.

That's up to Derika. I have nothing against Macs, but unlearning things is kind of difficult for her.

Step 1: Get a computer with Windows 8 or 8.1
Step 2: Download "Windows Classic Start Menu"
Step 3: Forget you have Windows 8 installed

MACs cost substantially more than Windows PCs.

True, but they do last long... my macbook has been running relatively fine for almost 4 years. :)

My biggest problem with MAC's is that to take full advantage of it, you need all your devices to be apple if you want them to truly speak to each other.

Ack!! I don't want things that have to speak to each other and I'm gonna have to be kinda conservative considering I'm leaving my job. I'm sure I'll find something else....but probably not right away. I need a month or so to just breath and get my body back to better working order. Have some semblance of a regular schedule so that I can find a day job doing some secretarial or other type of clerical work.

Actually, if no one minds, I'll retool one of my old aliases to be your frontliner instead of recruiting once more.

So wait....Thomas and James are dropping out? I know they've been busy, but they didn't say anything. Did they talk to you already? I'm fine with not recruiting again.....it just.....it bugs me and kina hurts my feelers just a little bit when people drop out suddenly without saying anything. I mean if life is crazy, that's one thing.....just let us know what's goin on though and don't leave us hangin like that wondering if ur in or out.

Well....my phone is still kinda crapping out every now and then. I don't know what it's issue is....maybe overuse? Lol

I got the Meghan Trainor Cd with my favoritist song on it....well, my favorite for now. All About That Bass. Finally....a pop star that doesn't look like a five dollar whore, who actually sings about real stuff.

We'll see how long it lasts....I think a lot of them actually start out this way. She's from MA though and seems pretty real.

Ok, here goes. I'm sorry for having been away from the game so long. I had some long days here and there which left me less energy than I liked. I decided to catch up on the gameplay thread and that helped to get me motivated to play again. That and I have been just resting today after a long week at work. Case in point, I had to work yesterday at 6am. That was quite early for me as I have an hour drive which had me up at 3:45am.

I'll start chiming in at this point and get into things again. Sound cool with everyone? :-)

I love that song, was actually singing it in the car on the way to work. X loves singing it, and I don't really have a problem with that since I'm ok with him growing up with a real concept of things rather than the whole stick figure BS
