Drum roll please, sorry this took so long. I was so spoiled for choice it took me a while to decide! About 16 applications, I’ve expanded the group to take 8 as I expect a few to drop out but who knows! Now onto what you’ve all been waiting for while talking about superman…?
Old smokey Bill brings up his hand to his mouth and coughs. “Frik, Frak, might you bring your masters sheet up forward and help collect the rest?” Two imps fly off of someone’s shoulder at the table and start to gather up the sheets of paper that were filled out. The imps place the sheets neatly in Bill’s lap, he then leafs through them briefly. He turns to the first person saying.
”Lawyer” He nods ”Hmm, I best be careful what I say to you now? Hehe”
Bill turns his head to the next person ” Leiara, who would’ve thought the others offer you a place on this council. Oh sorry ignore me, I did not mean to insult your .. intellig… I mean beauty hmmm yes.”
Bill flips over the page staring down at it trying not to look up at the next person. ” Aurelie, dear child. You really do not need to bring.. him.. in here do you? He is rather unsettling. ”
Bill scratches the back of his head. ”Moving swiftly along… Iresh, sir. You do realize we have chairs here. There is no need for you to bring a palanquin into the office. Oh no matter…”
Bill spies two dancing zombies behind him dancing along to thriller, he turns back around to look at the next person. ”Nini, really there will be a time for celebration shortly. The adventurers would make wonderful decorations for the party I’m sure.”
Bill then looks around a bit. ”Frik .. Frak? You picked up Shard’s sheet but I don’t see him.” Bill feels a sharp slap across his face, he begins to rub his swollen cheek. ”Yes sir, your technique and timing is impeccable. At least I know you are here.”
Bill redresses himself then looks at the next person. ”Oh dear… er… Malkavian, your ancestors aren’t here can you stop talking to yourself.. I mean honestly.” Bill uses his smallest figure to fiddle with his ear. ”At least I will not hear whatever you are hearing..”
Bill picks up the last page, quite confused. ”Min? or is it Kent? You’ve filled in far more information then I asked for. I really didn’t need to know the name of the mountain this city was founded on. Is that .. a dissection of an .. owlbear?”
Bill gets up then bows. ”No matter, I am glad you have filled out all your reports. Please follow me so that we might equip your regalia. Your subjects need to see you in your glorious splendor!”
Everyone selected may go to the discussion thread, thanks everyone for applying! I’m sorry I couldn’t take all of you, I really wanted to but that would be too much for me to control. :(

The Red Dragonborn sits back down at the table somewhat battered and bruised from a recent argument.
"Ah most embarrassing, it seems some of the previous rulers have been usurped. By there own people no less. It seems that we need to 'vote' in new replacements for them. So as before may we fill out the new men and women and others to join us in our crusade to conqueor this plane. Hmm yes, this might be a plan." The Red Dragonborn sighs.
"There is a little more paperwork that initially thought but no matter, I am sure it will be fine. Now then my former minions, which one of you will take up the mantles left behind by your predecessors?"
Game got down to 3 dedicated members with a 4th one on the way, most of the dropouts have been due to real life commitments. We are looking to re-bolster the ranks a little. The application process is the same as noted on page 1.
One thing will be added to that however, don't worry about filling that bit out until we get you into the game. We have just started using the Ultimate Campaign rules for kingdom building. We will be using that here on out to help out the adventuring and for the plot to unravel.
I do not expect many applications but I am looking for about 3 players to fill up the slots. We currently have a knowledge based wizard/oracle, a vampire sorceror/oracle and a melee specialist ninja/druid. Preference will be given to applications that involve some sort of marshal leader or front line defensive character as the group seems to be lacking those.

I'm considering an Aasimar Pirate Captian (Bard/Ranger(Free Booter)) who leads his troops from the back using Inspire Courage and Freebooter's Bane to not only strengthen his allies, but focus their fire.
@Tiny Coffee Golem: Yes, I was half thinking those imps being the demon and angels on your shoulders. Just the angel version is an imp wearing an angel costume :P
This also makes me want to make a character that literally has an angel and devil that sit on her/his shoulders.

So I am working on finishing up the pirate Captain Fremont (Bard/Buccaneer [Gunslinger] 8), whom I was tempted to name The Dread Pirate Roberts and perhaps that will be the name he goes by..., and his First Mate Lucelle (Freebooter [Ranger], Inquisitor of Besmara.
His schtick is pretty much being your stereotypical pirate captian.
He's got a peg leg (Mechanics: Half movement? Inability to 5-Foot Step?) and Parrot familiar acheived through the Buccaneer archetype.
Both are adept two-weapon fighters, Captain Fremont uses his two +1 Cruel Pistols and is more then comfortable swapping out one of his pistols to use his +1 Rapier. (Using his second item valued at 3,300 gp or less for his Rapier if that is okay.) Lucelle on the other hand is a master swashbuckler and puts her +1 Rapier and +1 Dagger to deadly use.
Together they make a deadly duo. While the captain is Inspiring Courage in their crew and buffing them with his spells, Lucelle is coordinating their attacks with her Freebooter's Bane ability and striking terror into their enemies with her Dazzling Displays of prowess with her Rapier so that the captain's pistols can work their magic. Not only that, Lucelle helps the crew make maximum use of common tactics like flanking through her use of Pack Attack, Outflank, and her Freebooter's Bond.
With these tactics they have managed to become some of the most feared pirates on the seas.
What do you think? Any issues with this concept? I have to say that his kingdom would likely be an island hide away.

I think Peg Leg would work great and fits rather well. Though if possible, I might take both traits because walking at full speed on a peg leg seems odd. Otherwise, he can now have a hated foe, like Captain Hook. Old Sharp Tooth, Old Shark Tooth while under the influence, will be the Captain's pet name for his most hated of foes.
Edit: Perhaps he's some kind of super shark, like a Half-Celestial Advanced Shark sent from the planes of good to dissaude the Captain from his destiny at an early age. However, in it's attempts to turn him to a life of good it unknowingly sealed his fate to become one of the most dreaded pirates the seas have ever known.

Captain Fremont looks more or less ready to go, jump into the discussion and see what we are doing for building the character's cities up. I shall make you a spreadsheet too. When you get something Silver post it up then join the discussion as well.
@Fremont: I don't see anything wrong with your character sheet right now, seems very clear. If I do spot anything I'll say. Also what kind of city would you like. I mean you could just have a fleet of ships as a 'city' by the looks of things. Or some form of port.
