The new library currently has back to 2020. Older files are still available on the old downloads page (which is what you can access from the forums, while the new one is accessed through the store). They're working on getting all of the rest into the new library as well.

Edit: I don't know why, but for some reason it accepted my old password (not the new one I changed it to), so I can now access my older downloads.

Hope everything gets consolidated soon, though.

I noticed the forum link, but every time I click on it it asks me to sign in again, and then won't accept my password, I'm not sure why (I even reset my password to the account to make sure, don't know if that's causing any confusion or not).

That was me in the Bug Reports thread in response to Jim Butler's post about charges starting at 1am Pacific time, so 3am my time in Central.

Though I am starting g to thing that 1am was a possible typo, maybe he meant to put 11am PT.

Pathfinder Lost Omens Subscriber

My Draconic Codex subscription order went through, but I can't seem to find the PDF in my Downloads. I'm probably just being impatient, but if anyone has any advice, I'd be really grateful.

Are you looking in the new library on store.paizo.com or the list of legacy downloads? It probably will only appear on the forme.

My AP issue hasn't come through issue either.

I got to say, that it's remarkable how, for me, the new store has ended up being in every way worse than the old store.

My credit card just got billed, but I don't have any of the downloads, either in the new library or the old one. I think we have to wait a little longer.

As I am from Germany and have non-US characters in my name and address, I very shocked to see that the new system can't handle these. I've change my name and my address over and over again (e.g to change "ü" to "ue", but it simply does not work. All looks fine in my pages, but the address in the mail is a mess (e.g. MŸnchen instead of München or Muenchen). There are paizo fans outside the US, you know?

New paizo points do not seem to work either. So far I din't get any for the subscription purchases.

Got billed, nothing in either library; would be nice if the TOTAL it shows in our pending subs included tax and shipping. Still not sure if a discount applied or if I got 'gold'.

Hate to be so negative but aside from 'looking' pretty, this new rollout seems absolutely busted and way more complicated than it needs to be. Isn't the goal of a new store to make buying your items -easier- for the consumer, especially long-term subscribers?

Update: I do not have any gold. From this purchase or any.

You definitely aren’t alone and from the sounds of it, I don’t think you have been. This is the main post on the December thread. The 15-20% figure is from 4.5 hours ago, so maybe we are sitting around 60-70% now, but it could be lower.

Do we need to contact CS about our Gold missing from prior purchases for Paizo Plus? (as well as gold from the subs that just shipped?)

Or will this be resolved automatically?

In the new downloads section, the title of the product doesn't specify if it's the single pdf or split by chapter version, you have to click in to see. It is confusing.

Also, a few bugs with titles:

The Gatewalker Hardcover is listed as 2247461 for the single file version and 2247455 for the split by chapter version.

Monster Core is listed as 2022404 for single file and 2022397 for split by chapter

Age of Ashes Player's Guide is listed as 2020490

I also regularly get an error when attempting to navigate the pagination for the download

The store just tried to charge me for a second copy of my subscription. Luckily I'm broke so it didn't go through but what is going on here? I emailed CS about it but this is wild.

Yeah, I just noticed that. I'm playing with having AI create conversions of the Season 0 PFS to various systems (PF2, 5e, Savage Pathfinder, and now Cosmere -- and Mongoose Traveller for SFS), so I'm digging those up. Luckily I already had them downloaded.

Maybe I don't like change, but I do not like the new store. In fact I question whether I will buy anything else from Paizo. For one, for digital content, it used to let you know what you already own. Now it doesn't. This new store is worse than the old store in functionality

Longtime customers will find their digital content in two locations; Digital Content and the new Library.

Digital products purchased prior to November 16th are in your Digital Content. Eventually, all of those products will be transferred over to the new Library.

All new purchases are in your Library. Your Library should contain everything purchased from 1/1/2020 through November 16th of this year.

Pathfinder Rulebook Subscriber

This is sort of an odd question. With the previous reissuing of remastered books like Guns & Gears and The Treasure Vault, I did not order the remastered print version but pdfs of both showed up in my downloads - I presume because I purchased both original versions through my subscription.

I had no intention of purchasing a second physical copy of Dark Archive. Should I still be seeing that remastered pdf arrive in my library?

I feel Nicholas Storm might have meant the fact that there was an "In your Downloads" and also "You purchased this product..." on the product page in the old version of the store and it does not appear in the new store. Making it more complicated to know if you already own said product.

It's possible to have a feedback about Voucher ?

I have some of them still valid and never use them and I trying since a week to use them, but nothing work on New Store and none of them work !

They going to expire soon so can somebody give a status on Voucher and until the issue be resolve what going to happen if the Voucher going to Expire unstil the issue is resolve ?. I save them for now, seem to be a ad idea. What we can do ?

Hey there! I've reached out to the team, and they let me know to reach out to Customer Service to get this resolved! Vouchers appear as coupons in our new system, and they have a 6 month expiration date. Please provide documentation for your voucher (pictures are ideal, but codes work too!), and our team will work with you! Please also note that you can only use one voucher per order!

The store now shows the right paizo plus tier (legendary) and I got a lot of points to spend. Cool.

But you explain how the 15% discounts and the points work?

I added several items to my cart, but I got no discount at all. I expected 15% :-) Is this still a bug?

And how many points can I use on a single order? If a order a book for $60 can I use three time the 300 points to get 3 x $20 = $60 discount? Or is it possible to only use one discount?

Which item are you trying to download that's being annoying? Most books are there as both single PDFs and split into a PDF for each chapter. (Though some have multiple files in the single PDF item, for when there are things like maps.)

I have emailed Customer Support to ask this, but I though I would also ask the community.

My Paizo Plus tier has been corrected, and is now showing correctly.
But my gold has gone from 20 (YouInstaTwitBook) to much much higher.

have purchases from the previous year been included in the gold accrued also ?
I though it was just being used for the initial Tier calculations.

aside from the initial points, I have only had this months sub ordered, which is not that many GP

Curious what others are seeing / what should be expected.

I know I'm 54 years old and therefore by genetic design not the most tech savvy person here, but nonetheless I find myself a bit frustrated with the new store.

I wanted to take advantage of the big sales on minis today (Thursday, 11/27... Happy Thanksgiving by the way!). I log in, go to the sale, find a brick that I want (in this case, The kingmaker brick). I drop one into my shopping cart and then go to pay for it. This is where it gets frustrating.

I am then told to log in, even though I had already logged in under my account. I proceed to use my email and proper password and then I'm told that the email or the password are incorrect for my account. I used both the autofill and typed in my information manually, several times each, only to get the same result.

I request a link sent to my email address so that I can get into my account that way, and the link never arrives in my mailbox nor in my junk. I then try to create an account but I'm told that the email already has an account associated with it, so I can't do that.

I really love Paizo, I really love Pathfinder 2e. But it seems that the new store is following in the footsteps of the old store in terms of making it all but impossible for me to give you my money for the product that I want.

I submitted a plea for help through the appropriate channels. Hopefully that will take care of the problem.

Has anybody else experienced a similar challenge? And if so, what was your work around?

I have added the four November scenarios to my cart, for a total of $25 and cents after discounts. But it seems I can only add a single "$10 for 50 Gold" coupon. So it looks like I would have to order the scenarios individually, or two at a time, and still have to pay the amounts that are over $10 or lose the difference up to $10. Is that what is intended? It sounded differently when announced.

Thank you, Jim, although it's not in the system yet. I placed two separate orders slightly above $10 each. In the end, I had to pay a total of $6.48 (including the tax that is now applicable) to get the four scenarios.

So just to recapitulate, it is not possible to fully pay for the scenarios with Gold (well, unless you want to "waste" Gold by using a $10 value on a $5.99 scenario).

EDIT: I just went to download these scenarios from my Library, but only three of the four are listed, even though my order history shows I ordered all four of them. Even more weirdly, the Library now says "800 Downloads Found" when just before I ordered I was at "1059 Downloads Found". (I checked, there was no filter applied.) What is going on?

EDIT#2 There seem to be quite a lot of Pathfinder and Starfinder Scenarios missing from my library (I should actually have them all). And it seems, the more I download, the lower the amount of "Downloads Found"—now at 776 (although it looks like the ones I downloaded are still listed). Something seems buggy there.

The fact that the store no longer shows previous purchases is extremely problematic, especially for digital purchases. The fact that the system will let us purchase the same digital product twice is going to lead to some double purchases (good for Paizo I suppose, though at the expense of your customers). Now we need to go into our digital library to double check whether or not we’ve already purchased the product. This is particularly an issue since the new Library system is a huge pain to navigate, especially for those of us with huge digital libraries.

Also, the whole “Don’t worry multi-subscription customers, yes we’re taking away the Free Scenario multi-subscription incentive, but you can just use your gold to purchase the Scenarios we previously gave you for free” isn’t panning out very well. In addition to being a pain to have to go through the whole ‘exchange gold to get a code and then use that code to buy what we used to automatically add to your account for free’ process every month, the scenarios are priced such that we will either have to waste some of the scenario discount or pay money out of pocket.

Example:
-We use 50 gold to get $10 off Scenarios.
-If a scenario costs $6 (ignoring tax and discount), we just wasted $4 worth of value since apparently that unspent scenario discount doesn’t carry over to the next scenario purchase.
-If we instead order two scenarios for a total of $12, we’re paying $2 for the scenarios we used to get for free.

Never thought I’d long for the “good old days” of the mess that was the old store, but here we are. :-(


Pathfinder Rulebook Subscriber

Hi I am unable to access any downloads on my library on my iPad. I click on the file to download select the download action & nothing happens if I do it enough times it wil say I have downloaded it. On the seperate downloads page it says I have downloaded nothing. My iPad worked fine with the previous store.

Is this in Safari? If so, I had that issue. Using a different browser worked in my case.

Yeah, i read the blog and did the math, this comes out more expensive, guess i can just cancel my other product lines since its not actually worth it to get the others with gold.

Not being able to use gold to pay the correct exact amount without either spending slightly more real money or wasting value is a terrible microtransaction ploy and FOMO by linking your reward tier to money spent so you are dissuaded from using said gold. not to mention the extra book keeping i have to do to buy stuff...that was the point of the subscriptions in the first place.

Not happy.

it would be easier to just do 30gp for a free Society. ignore the money off deceit

I regret buying everything i did at Gencon since it wont transfer here now

Click your account name in the upper right and select subscription manager. It will list your upcoming orders and all subs you have on your account.


Adventure Path Charter Subscriber; Pathfinder Starfinder Adventure Path, Starfinder Society Subscriber

For me that shows the upcoming orders and my discontinued subscriptions only. There is no listing of what active subscriptions I have.
