Did the org play subscriptions go out today? (Checking before I poke custserv again this month.)

Thanks for the reminder to email about them. Since the latest releases are on sale now, I figure it's a safe bet my Society subscriptions vanished again.
Got my physical book yesterday! Funny enough, the tracking was never updated to reflect it was even handed off to the USPS from UPSMI, so it looks like neither of them even actually scanned it.

Jackson W mentioned in an email in January that they were working through an extensive backlog. I imagine that is impacting shipping or at least handling orders that need fixing.
This on top of looking for a new Warehouse Manager & E-Commerce Manager

I received a similar invoice today that I'm assuming is the February order spawn. I was rather confused as there hasn't been a February product post yet, but then I realized it included several items in my sidecart that are now available, such as the pocket editions. I also realized I hadn't received my society freebies since September. I sent an email about that and I'm sure it will get rectified once they get to it in the queue.
I don't think I have anything coming as a sub in Feb, this is hard for me because I have quite a bit in my side cart and the mounting total coming in March is making me go cross eyed.
Before people say 'set aside what you would have spent in Feb' lol ok, that's not life. Something will come up. But yeah, I will manage it. I just know that if any of those battles sets do land in March it is gonna hurt with the pending rule book, seven dooms, and premium sets already set to launch.
Happy that Armies looks like it got pushed back, missed a bullet on that one.... can someone explain to the missus for me though why the wallet is taking a break then getting critted?
Like Zhern, I got an authorization email the other day with the pocket editions of PC and GMC and a flip-mat. No idea when shipping will start. No idea when I'll see my January Society stuff either.
I submitted a ticket for my society modules I am missing on Monday. Will try to remember to update when that gets resolved.
Not sure what happened on their back end to stop the organized play modules from auto fulfilling but hope they get it resolved.
My missing subscriptions were fixed yesterday, so they still seem to have a roughly two week backlog of customer service emails.

My wife picked up Scoured Stars last night at our FLGS. I've played through all these adventure in SFS (1-00 was one of my first few SFS games ever), but it took some work to check off the last couple of them, and they're spread across 4-5 PCs. It's great to see this story all in one place, and I am eager to run the AP for my home group (some of who are still missing a few of the original scenarios needed to complete a certain boon). Also, I gotta say, it's a VERY pretty book!
Got an answer from Support about the missing OP Adventures, they applied 2 of the 3 to my account that I was missing so nudged about the last one I am missing as well.
They said that this is an issue with the back end of their system skipping modules when it shouldn't and it is ok to reach out via email to get them manually applied. They are working to resolve it but it is still an ongoing issue.
I got mine this afternoon. Haven't checked yet, but I'll be surprised if there's a February new product releases message here.
Feb thread should definitely be here by now.
I know quite a bit of their products are in flux, mini's wise, but we should still be seeing what is slated officially before auth emails are going out....
Right now I still think I don't have anything slated for Feb, but don't know for sure what to expect until the posts go up.

Yup, but the Battles lines have been swapping around like a game of leap frog.
Since I don't have the flip map line, likely not getting anything this month. Still think the Feb thread should be posted even if it is a light month.

Did anyone else get their PFS subscription order generated but not yet fulfilled? I mean it’s a positive sign the order generated considering the issues of the past few months, but not sure why it’s still Pending
I did, yes. The order appeared on Monday, but it hasn't gone through yet. I'm going to give it some time before I start writing them about it, though.

My physical order was completed but not my PFS. Still pending. Probably need to nudge CS team.
But they are swamped/understaffed so may be a bit.

Pending since Tuesday. But, it is progress. I haven't had one pending in months and have had to get ahold of customer support to get them.
Ditto. SFS sub has not yet shipped, but I did get an order notice on Monday, which is a big step up from the last several months.
