Sharing characters via PathBuilder

If I share a link to a Pathbuilder character, then later change said character, does the link reflect those changes?

I am not sure how much time it takes for the character sheet to get updated, but I recall having some issues months ago.

I'd try to make a copy and then change name to it, before sending.

Not saying that.

I just wanted to mention that I also remember having issues with sending an "up to date" Character sheet in the past months.

I didn't try to make a copy back then though, that's why I suggested it to you ( not knowing whether it would have worked or not, but it's a 2 seconds try that can't do any harm).

We stopped using path builder because of foundry incompatibility ( at some point, they decided to stop updating it because of the massive updates to 2e foundry version. I am not sure about the current situation though, mostly because leveling up a character by importing a new sheet from path builder had always result into the loss of all items and modifies, spells for example, players did on foundry).

As far as I can tell, no. The build link you send to someone is a snapshot of the character as they exist at the time. Been creating links, altering characters, then checking those links on another device and not seeing any of the changes reflected.
