Fighter without archetype has access to the advanced weapon training option Fighter's Finesse. It allows you to use Weapon Finesse with all melee weapons of the chosen group. If you spend a feat on Advanced Weapon Training, you can pick it up at level 5 already (4 if weapon master archetype).
By RAW advanced weapon training isn't available for polearm master. But if I was the GM, I'd take Mark Seifter's stance here: The new ability is close enough to weapon training to count as such. Either way, spear fighter doesn't have this issue.
Finally, I'd consider carefully whether to focus on longspear / spear / shortspear / javelin - or to try to master them all.
The Halfling alternative racial feature called Underfoot offers a Dodge bonus to AC against enemies that are larger than oneself... this Dodge bonus will stack with the Dodge bonus from the Disciple of the Pike's ability called Bigger They Are. Disciple of the Pike also gets Weapon Training, which is awesome.
Just because you want a specific weapon type doesn't mean you need an archetype that contains the name of said weapon type.
Polearm Master and Spear Fighter are both worse than regular Fighter, and while Disciple of the Pike isn't a bad archetype, the class itself is bad.
"martial who fights with a spear" works with a wide range of classes. Indeed, the concept is so basic that I have absolutely no idea what you want your character to be like.

I'm personally partial to the Dragoon. The Spear Training feature is really good. And the Spinning Lance feature lets you have reach or not, whichever is best for you.
Polerarm Master is kinda boring. You lose out on both Advanced Armor Training and Advanced Weapon Training so you're there for the bonus feats.
Spear Fighter is okayish but it's pretty much impossible to (effectively) use the Spear Parry ability until level 15.
Disciple of the Pike doesn't really gain a lot. You're locked out of AWT so it's just an accuracy/dmg boost.
If we're talking Cavalier then Daring Champion works for a spear build. Champion's Finesse applies to the Sibat (a fancy shortspear) and qualifies for Slashing Grace.
@Derklord I just wanted a halfling spear fighter, A full BAB martial with no magic, Who fights using spears and wears light or medium armor, And no shields...
Does "no magic" mean "no spellcasting", or does that include supernatural abilities? If it's the former, that leaves Barbarian, Fighter, Cavalier, Samurai, Brawler, Slayer, Swashbuckler, unMonk, and Vigilante, plus Paladin, Ranger, Bloodrager, and Shifter with certain archetypes.
And I found three archetypes that seemed like they might be interesting and wanted to know how they are...
You also asked for "any other good options". Most of the above can make builds that I'd consider better than anything you can build Disciple of the Pike or Polearm Master, and plenty that are better than Spear Fighter.
And Cavalier is not a bad class, Everyone just hates it cus without archetypes it gets a mount
What? My issue is that it doesn't get much more than that, and that the mount isn't better. The class gets no class features between 1st and 11th level that change how you play, or between 1st and 17th level if you don't dip out of the class in the first ten levels. The mount doesn't do much unless you're using a mounted charge build, which is as one-dimensional as it gets.
I actually have two Halfling Disciple of the Pike Cavaliers, both going into the Halfling Opportunist prestige class after 8 levels of Cavalier.

The first is focused more on Aid Another, and took the Order of the Dragon for Aid Allies and Strategy... goes great with Excellent Aid from the PrC. Combat Reflexes/Bodyguard is a given. Has Improved Bullrush and Rhino Charge to go with Pike's Charge. Underfoot stacks with Bigger They Are.
The second is actually focused on Sneak Attack, and took the Order of the Blossom for said Sneak Attack which stacks with the Sneak Attack from the PrC. Has Improved/Great Trip to go with Opportunity Attacker, adding Sneak Attack to the AoO granted by Great Trip... Accomplished Sneak Attacker bumps it up to 5D6. Underfoot still stacks with Bigger They Are.
