Issues #139 through #147 low res and high res pdf downloads are still available. Here are three examples:

The naming convention is not always consistent as I recall, so you may need to do some google or paizo searching to pin down where to download everything you need.
I believe the last three issues, #148 through #150, never got these released.

This worked for me. In addition to 139 and 140 here, I secured 141-147. I entered "DA147_Supplement" in the search bar on this website, and looked under Messageboards (or Forums). I just kept searching, counting down until it didn't work.
I'm running Dread Pagoda of the Inscrutable Ones where yak folk show up in a giant-themed adventure, so it is very relevant to me. I would not have thought to do it without this hint. Thank you, NPC Dave.
