It might be worth mentioning that for subscribers physical products redeemed in this way can be added to your sidecart.

Great point! I've added it to the FAQ. :)

If you are having trouble with an order which has a physical item redeemed with a humble bundle code, or are having trouble redeeming a code of any kind:

Include the redemption code and order number (if available) in your initial email requesting help. This will mean we can get you assistance much more efficiently, because there is a really good chance one of the questions we will need to ask is "What was the code you were trying to redeem?"

Just to give some additional context here because I know there will be some number of people trying to optimize how quickly they get their book:

We have some additional folks contracted to help us specifically with fulfillment for the Humble Bundle Bestiary orders (which is to say, packages where the only item is the PF2 Bestiary).
The warehouse's manager and myself have been looking at data on redemption rates for previous bundles to help try get these fulfilled efficiently and quickly as possible. We currently plan to begin fulfillment of the physical Humble Bundle orders starting as early as next week.
If you are most interested in your physical copy of the Pathfinder Bestiary ASAP, and are not as concerned with the added cost of the book shipping on it's own, I would recommend you do not try to add your Bestiary to your subscription order. Not only is the next order generation still several weeks away, but we will begin shipping Humble Bundle Bestiaries before the next physical subscription shipment window begins.

Hope that helps!

One I've seen come up in other Humble Bundle offerings just popped up again on the blog thread

Can I choose Bestiary 2 or 3 for the physical book since I already have the first Bestiary?

Ahoy!

I just ordered the Humble Bundle with the physical copy of the Bestiary. I've had a few 1st Edition sale items saved for later in my cart, but the shipping cost has kept me from actually ordering them. Is it possible to combine such an order with the physical copy of the Bestiary to save on shipping?

Thanks in advance.

Perfect, I'll probably add that to the answer about Pocket and Special Editions not being an option either. Thanks!

Of course! I'm seeing five items in your cart right now; if that's correct, I can move them over to the same order as the Bestiary so they can ship out together.

I added one more item to the cart for a total of six. But Yes--please add them to the Bestiary order (which I don't see in my orders).

And thanks for the prompt reply!

Am I right in assuming that Humble Bundle items that duplicate pdfs I already own just fizzle? Or is there something that can or does happen with the duplicated items?

I have a few friends with physical core rulebooks who wouldn't mind a pdf copy if they could be gifted.

You will get codes from Humble Bundle that you redeem on the Paizo site. If you want to send a code to someone else so they can redeem that set of items, you can do so. IIRC each level of contribution gets you one code.

at least that's how it's worked in the past

All set! I've submitted the order (the Bestiary order was unsubmitted, so I just combined it all) and you should receive an email confirmation with the details shortly. Please let me know if there are any errors with your information!

I believe there's a single (16-digit, alphanumeric) code for each tier, rather than for individual products. So you could gift someone the entire tier of products, but there isn't a way to do that with individual PDFs, unfortunately!

With the past Bundle back in July 2020, I got the books that were available then, and it was a thing you link your Paizo to Roll20 and get access to the books on Roll20 was the system deactivated and we no longer have access to the books on Roll20, I had a friend that bought the books from this current bundle because I said that you could access the books on Roll20, and he can't access them there either.

The way it works with Roll20 (and other VTTs), is if you have the PDFs on your Paizo account, it will grant you a discount on the respective module on Roll20. Alternatively, if you purchase a module on Roll20, if your account is linked to your Paizo account, you'll be granted the PDF version on Paizo.

Hopefully that makes sense, let me know if you need any clarification!

Scarab Sages

The PDF download seemed to be bugged for me. All the codes were accepted, and I can see the items on my digital files, but it either crashes when I try to download them, or sends me to an error page (You don't have permission to see this page).

I have completed everything for the Humble Bundle and the transaction for shipping. I have not received a confirmation or tracking number yet. Was I supposed to already?

Hmm, why does it work one way but not the other way around, I checked now on Roll20 and its showing me the core rule book for 37$ instead of 45$ thats some minor discount. While the PDF on piazo is only 10$.

Is it working the same way on D20pro?

When you activate the Paizo API on participating partner websites, it checks the products you own on Paizo and offers a discount on the corresponding partner product. In the case of the Pathfinder Second Edition Core Rulebook, it offers a $14.99 discount on the cost of the Core Rulebook on that platform. $59.99 - $14.99 = $45.00.

If you purchase the product on a partner website, the Paizo API unlocks that product. For instance, if you purchase the Core Rulebook on Roll20 for $59.99, it unlocks the PDF on paizo.com for free.

Note that Paizo does not control pricing on partner websites, and not every Paizo licensee uses the Paizo API to offer that functionality. Licensees are encouraged to charge a price that reflects the amount of work required to bring the product natively on their platform.

Good Gaming!

Hmm I did the 50 dollar tier which believed was for the physical items as well but I never got the option to choose shipping info upon redemption. Dude I get it mixed up or should I contact customer support. I would like to put them in my sidecart if possible
