Also (and I appreciate you're not the decision maker, but maybe you could pass it on to those who are) it'd be great if this carried over to the upcoming Starfinder modules too.
I pick up the Adventure Maps now every time because now I know down the road there is a high likelyhood of getting my hands on the pdf either on a sale or a possible bundle. Having the map on hand sometimes nudges me to go ahead and pick up the PDF and run the adventures ad hoc too :D

My order hasn't spawned, and I haven't seen anyone post about theirs, either. Here's hoping they start spawning on Monday!
It looks like the street date for the Paizo products has been pushed back to Wednesday, May 5th. Same deal as last month. I would suspect the new Spawn date is Tuesday or Thursday of this coming week.

I'm actually ok with that this month, but official word here is always going to be appreciated. After it didn't spawn last week I sorta assumed this was headed this way.

Most definitely the fair assumption. I assume the same shipping troubles that plagued last month are still at it this month. I'm rarely in a rush for the products themselves; though miniatures and books with lots of character options can really get me going.
With nothing official yet said, I wouldn't be surprised if things were pushed back another week (into the week of April 19th). I assume they are still waiting on product for this month, and don't want to lock in a Spawn date until it arrives. But you're right, official word is always appreciated, especially when it involves cards being charged and the like.

Thanks for your patience; April's products have, unfortunately been delayed while we wait for them to arrive at our warehouse. I've updated the first post with the new timelines/dates, but I'm also putting them here:

So we're looking at ~a week's delay across the board and currently plan on generating subscription orders this Friday. If anything changes, I'll post as soon I get the information!

We were hoping to get the order creation for April products going this morning, but we have a couple items still tied up in customs. As soon as they drop on the warehouse loading dock we'll be getting the order creation going.
Currently we're going to set the projected order creation day as Tuesday, April 20th. However, Jeff S and I will be reconvening on Monday to see if we have any further updates and update accordingly.

Thanks for the update! I can't imagine how frustrating it must be to be an international publisher right now. Seeing a lot of indie devs and Kickstarters and everything just kind of... Shrugging apologetically.

No news this morning. I'm bumping the date in our new release group until Friday. This is very tentative however, if we have good luck and they are released sooner, I'll be updating this thread and getting the order creation as soon as the pallets hit the dock and the inventory is added.

Right now I think all I have for May is the AP, which if they combined them that would work for me. April has quite a few add ons though. :D
Is this delay just for the Paizo subscription people, or does it have effect on other retailers? For example, while the Spawn date has changed a couple times, it appears the May 5th public on-sale date has changed just that initial time. If other retailers have their stock show up on time, can they still release them on the 5th? Or is this the kind of thing where Paizo notifies their licensed retailers to withhold the products until a future date?
With a delay this late, I assume the product is delayed for a majority of merchants. But it's also possible, if not probable, that some product made it through.

It seems to me that at least one, if not both Adventure Paths (Pathfinder, Starfinder) are likely among the culprits. I feel like if it were just the maps or something else, they'd simply get pushed back a month as Paizo has done in the past. I don't know enough about Society play to know if a full month's delay can really screw things up for folks. But if it doesn't, I can definitely see both April and May spawn dates--along with the official release date--being lumped together.
And that might be for the best, right? A bigger bill for May wouldn't mean much for many folks because the money for April's order should already be available and ready to go. I would think delaying the order and combining it with the May release is better than moving a bunch of orders up and releasing them early. So the only issues I can see with waiting is how it might affect other retailers or certain in-house logistics like warehouse space.
I think we're talking about physical products that haven't arrived to the paizo warehouse due to circumstances outside of paizo's control. The Society content is digital only (no printed product) so i wouldn't expect those to get delayed.
Anyway, i appreciate the updates and i don't envy the task of tackling the shipping logistics.

April books are delayed. I wouldn't sweat anything at all, other than hoping that they are delivered to Paizo soon.

You won't have an authorization email yet either, because they haven't run that process yet. The reason they haven't is that product is held up in customs; they're waiting until the stuff is actually on their loading dock. Which, much as the delay is annoying, I think is a reasonable thing to do.

Happens every month just before authorization hits. Most of the time we won't notice because we aren't watching it like a hawk but my page looks the same. This is when I start getting hopeful :D

Hey all!
No news today, unfortunately. I'm not sure what we'll be doing as far as April and May subscriptions slowly closing in on one another, but we'll do our best to keep you up to date.
I'm really sorry about the delays! I'll make sure one of posts here if anything changes or we start order generation.
Curious as to what items are in the missing shipment? If it's OK to tell that is.

Got excited for a second there, auth for society modules just hit. Will take what I can though :D
Should we have already seen an auth notice? It looks like my free society pdfs are hanging up the system somehow, since they have an auth but are not in my downloads.
It is a two step process. Look for a second e-mail telling you of your PDFs being added to your downloads tomorrow.
