I just shared knowledge of Dragonlance with one of the newer gamers in my home-game. She started reading Dragons of Autumn's Twilight this week. She's never played in a PbP before but her two years of gaming with our group have really gotten her into gaming. I'll share this Thread with her and her husband (who's also in my home-game) and see if they're interested. And, you know, if you're interested in a player completely new to Dragonlance.

what im considering is starting at level 1 or 2 for the PCs, and their first adventure would be to go from Solanthus to Palanthas. Theyd get over the mountains, look upon the armies of the Blue dragon lady converging upon the walls of palanthas and her defenders, and witness the arrival and death of Takhisis. from there, im still working out the adventure, but i do have an idea as to how it would end with the confrontation between the party and the Magegod Raistlin.
i am debating if id have special god killer artifacts that would need to be found, or incorporate a concept called bloodsteel, from another fantasy series i read about 15 years ago. I dont remember the series name, but i still remember the basic concept of bloodsteel.

What rules set are you planning to use?
mainly pathfinder for the majority of the rules, combat, skills, and for most of the races and what not. However, i think wed incorporate the magic system of Krynn, the moon locations and so on. and use the stats for kender, all the the elves, from the dragonlance 3.5 books.
so, the 3.5 Dragonlance source book, and most of the pathfinder stuff.

Well, with those constant lockdowns that's no wonder.
Then add in aging....I miss the Eberron game, that was really fun and awesome.
Edit: I just wrote "lickdown" which would be so much better, at least with the right people :P

everyone,
an update.
first, the worse: I totally forgot what i had originally planned on doing for the adventure. I had it in my head, was planning it out, and rather than write it down, i thought hey, i got this. i woke up a day later and it was all gone.
the Bad: ive been hung up on working on my bathroom remodel and it has been sucking up some of my available brain power more than what was expected. so i had been having a hard time in coming up with a new adventure plot idea to get this rolling.
the good: I finally came up with an adventure idea. something to get the ball rolling.
so, without further ado...
