You cannot even log in on chrome if you have never logged in before on a new computer. I had to Log in on edge. I've had a new player that couldn't make a new account on chrome to get a society ID.


Strange. I've just set up a new laptop, and chrome is my browser of choice, and I managed to log in to get at my downloads.
However, after the first log in the download list didn't populate, and going back to the main account page prompted for username & password again - possibly something's not quite right with the session data?

Since sometime yesterday, I get a "504 Gateway Time-out" every time I try to load the website on Firefox as well. I'm also hearing people who can't get in on Chrome. Both on Macs.

Update: Apparently the 504 error is across all browsers (for me anyway) but is ONLY the home page... Paizo.com. Dunno if that helps.


I've been getting the ysoki on the homepage for about a week on PC Chrome. I've been getting time outs for the past few days on PC Chrome and mobile iOS Safari.

EDIT: I've also been getting long hangs after clicking links for at least a week.

I'm getting the 504 error for the homepage using Microsoft Edge - have been for more than a week now.

I've also been getting the long hangs after clicking links in the Messageboards - and if I click the same link a second time, it usually loads immediately.


I mean, I've been getting a 500 internal server error for the past couple of months, and I have deleted my paizo cookies.

Edit: as a note, I've been using Firefox.

Yeah, I'm starting to see the 504 error more often too. It also feels as though posts are taking longer to be accepted by the site - and of course then there's the bug where they don't show up right away - making it harder and harder to know if you've posted successfully.

The site continues to become less and less useful and I still can't see the home page. I wonder how many customers you're loosing? Every time I post on this site, I have a slight angst. Will my post take? How long must I wait while the site loads? It's becoming exasperating.

I have had these same issues on multiple browsers on my desktop. This has been going on for over a week. I had to use my phone to get to the forums to post this!

Seriously, Paizo must be losing a huge number of customers if this is a widespread issue.

I have been getting the Internal Server Error message on chrome making viewing the site impossible but it seems to work alright on Microsoft edge which i don't really like using

I also get the internal server error on the front page (Chrome), so I cleared my cookies. Then, when I tried to login to my account (to view an order), I entered my login information and it brought up the internal server error again (tried going back, trying again, just kept getting the internal server error). Oddly enough, though, when I came back to the website (same session, just closed and re-opened a tab) to check the forums to see if anyone had posted a solution, I was logged in! And was able to view my orders and everything... weeeeiiirrrdd, and very inconvenient...


Same here I've been getting a server 500 error on chrome for the past week even after trying clearing my cookies and browser history.


I've been trying using Firefox and Chrome (on a Mac laptop) and continually get:

I've tried clearing cookies. I've tried upgrading my browser version. I've cleared the browser cache. I've tried incognito windows and/or private windows.


I've been having the 500 server error on the main page for over a month on multiple browsers and on multiple devices. When I try to hit the let us know button it tells me: "This content is blocked. Contact the site owner to fix the issue."


I'm experiencing the same problem as the user above. I've been getting the internal server error 500 on the main page for over a week now, but only on FireFox. I've deleted the cookies but that hasn't solved the issue for me.

My FireFox version is 82.0.2 (64-bits)


I have experienced these issues as well. I am typically able to "work around" them and navigate to the page eventually, but it can be touch and go. Additionally, when the error happens, it also indicates that I'm logged out.

Strangely, I rarely experience this on the forums...???

I've been having the same Error 500 for... a month, now? This is on Chrome. I wasn't too bothered about it because I could still navigate the website using the headers. However, I tried to change the e-mail tied to my account today, and now I can't confirm said e-mail because I get this error when I click the link in the message they sent me. I'm a little worried, now.


Same - this has been happening for some time on every browser I've got installed: Chrome (Version 86.0.4240.193 64-bit), Firefox (Version 82.0.2 (64-bit)), and UGH.... MS Edge (Version 86.0.622.63 (64-bit).

I can't get into blog posts or order history but I can see downloads and account settings.

I'm having problems as well. PC using edge, firefox, chrome. android tablets using chrome or samsung browser. android phone using chrome or samsung browser.

usually, i get the unhappy ysoki screen, but strangely, on my cellphone, i can get the home page, but then after i log in, i get a message of "The requested URL was not found on this server, or you do not have permission to access this area".

please webmaster (who i emailed weeks ago and haven't heard back from), look through your website error logs and figure out what's wrong.

FWIW, whatever the latest fix that paizo put in seems to make the site work ok. I had to clear my cache and cookies, but I can log in and see the homepage. And my content.

Paizo's website has always been, and remains, laughably bad. :(


This website is absolutely atrocious!!! Its outdated and just an absolute pain to use.

When I have to check to see if I have already have credit for a PF1/PF2/SF organized play game, half of the time I get an error, half the time it just takes forever to load the page. Why is there no search function?

Hardly any of the 2e faction icons actually display and don't even get me started on the Boons page!
