CS can suspend your subs for a few days, although I have no idea how to reach them in a timely fashion right now.
A Customer Service thread with a title that they would recognize as urgent would be your best bet. It seems like you want shipment of your October subscription order suspended until October 1st or later.

I already cancelled my adventure path sub by email Sept 7th and haven’t gotten a response yet. If I receive it I will be marking it return to sender and asking for a refund. Reponse times seem very out of hand. It should not be this difficult to cancel a subscription.

I would hold on to it and wait for them to respond to your thread. When it comes to returning items they may have you apply a RMA code that signifies it is from your account and I'd hate for you to get stuck in a system longer than you need.
What I have been seeing is that they if they get to tickets late they refund what they need to refund and don't always ask for people to return the items, but if they do ask for you to return items they will have a process for it.
Response time is over a month, but they make it right when they do get to it. Not making excuses for them just saying I would hold onto whatever you think needs to be returned in as original of packaging as possible until they do respond.
Just a friendly reminder not to add any posts to any original threads. they take care of the oldest posts first so each response will bump your thread to the back of the list in case you didn't know.

That's definitely the best strategy (it's what they're going to recommend you do, if your order ships before they get to your cancellation email).

Any tips for rapid response when CS cancels subs by mistake? I sent in an email request to cancel 5 subs, out of about 12). They processed three of them correctly, cancelled two incorrectly, and left two incorrectly. I've responded to the email. But the 3000 long backlog doesn't instill confidence that it would get touched soon. They have said they are caught up on forum threads, so perhaps I should post there and cross reference my email?

Thank you. That looks correct now. Even if the confirmation email just mentioned the newly deleted ones and not the re-instated ones, its all correct on my list of subscriptions.

Same! Add in the replacements for the first two AoE books that arrived damaged, and this should be a really lovely haul for my bookshelf!
I'm excited to see if this Lost Omens book inspires any of my players to take an interest in the organization in game. Otherwise it might end up a bit more shelf-dressing, but that's okay. The next three Lost Omenses look to be absolute winners, so I'm okay if this one isn't quite what I'm looking for. :)

Haven't seen anything yet. Mine is pending only. I really can't wait till it ships so I can read the pdf of the Pathfinder Society book.

I find it odd they haven't updated the cover for AoE book 4 yet, it's still the dark blue instead of the teal color the released ones have.

The main post implies they've started it, but I don't think any AP subscribers have gotten their AoE book 4 yet. Normally someone is pretty quick to start posting the bestiary in the blog for the other subscribers still waiting for their copies, and that hasn't happened yet.
I wonder if other books are being shipped first.
I got a "not yet shipping" notice (and a hold on my card for 30 bucks) for an order that's been pending since August. Yesterday I got an email about my complimentary SFS and PFS subs with this notice at the top: "We estimate processing and fulfilling your Pathfinder and/or Starfinder Society Subscription order . Please contact customer service as soon as possible if you need to make adjustments to your digital subscription subscription." Seems odd, but if I remember correctly the same thing appeared last month, so I guess it's boilerplate. No shipping notice on the other subs yet. Which is fine, since I don't get paid until tonight.
Same as Ed, got notice for the society stuff yesterday. Still not shipped yet.

This makes me sad inside. Been waiting for the powers that be to talk about the upcoming set but the closer we get to December and not seeing it on the release schedule pretty much lines up with what that rumor is saying.
Got my ship notice, and my AoE AP, Lost omen society guide, and pirate map downloads were there.
Got most of the downloads now, just the Advanced GM Screen Paizo.com version is still missing.
Half my October sub order has shipped, including the PFS guide. Half has not , including both Advanced GM Screens the NPC Battle Cards, and a couple of Flip Mats/Flip Tiles. I'll be reading the guide this weekend. :-)
